I come to this Starbucks regularly and the service is always excellent. There is a younger gentleman with short hair who is extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming. He recognizes regular customers, remembers orders, and genuinely delivers great service with a smile.
The environment is friendly and consistent, and you can feel that the staff truly cares. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, professional, and personable service.

First of all, Store Manager (Lidia) is always great at customer connecting, very friendly.
Second, this specific store dont deserve low star rating for unnecessary reason that doesnt reflect how the staff works.

Honestly takes over 10 minutes to make an order and people who order after you gets their drinks made first. How does that make sense? It's not even the first or second time this happens. Would recommend another location because with the bunch of staff they have, they're slow.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, and I always order my extra-hot Matcha Latte. However, this is the second time at this particular location that my drink was served without a sleeve, even though it was extremely hot. Please ensure that hot beverages are properly sleeved. Your drinks are premium-priced, and the level of care should reflect that. I hope this issue can be addressed so it doesn’t continue to happen.

Some girl pretended to have the same name and order as me. Staff later realized she didn’t order and stole my food.
Overall, the drinks and service at this location are consistently good. On some days, depending on the team working, service can be slower and drink quality can vary - most of the time everything is quick and well prepared and staff are friendly. The only thing to note is that with TMU being close by, there is a fairly large morning rush.
