Best Baristas & cafe of all the Starbucks EVEr. Drinks are consistent. Service is stellar. Place is immaculate. There’s a couple of different Starbucks that could take notes of how this place is run versus how they run theirs. You are always acknowledged You always feel welcomed… No matter how busy they are, they get you your drink in hand in the right time tasting excellent .. all with a smile and an acknowledgement. The Parklawn location could learn a few things from them . Same with the one in North Bay, which is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.(maybe the district manager should chat with the district manager at Roncesvalles to learn how to run a proper store. (just saying..) Thanks to the Roncy team🎉

Starbucks has been focusing more on customer service, and I’ve experienced great service at many locations…except this one. No smile, no greeting, and the staff felt unfriendly, no message written on the cup. The drink tasted fine, but the poor service affected the experience. I hope this location improves. Visited:21/12 7pm

Tall in a grande cup that how it looks like. There is a reason why ppl order like that and there is zero reason to not put exactly tall cup of coffee in a grande size, especially when you charge $3 for it.

As someone who has been a Starbucks customer for years, I saw the rudest and most unethical Starbucks employee up close today. A woman who was almost chubby came in because her name wasn't on her dress and she didn't know how to be customer-oriented at all and seemed upset that Starbucks was working. I hope I don't see her here again.
Whatever grind size you are using for your decaf espresso roasts might need to be looked at. Tasted wayy too gritty

I ordered a caramel brute latte and a Frappuccino by Uber eats. Apparently they did not put a straw and there is not other way to drink it . For the hot drink they did not put white cream or caramel drizzles.and also they did not put stickers so everything was spilled!!!! I called them to express my frustration and they arguing with me that they did put everything. Every time I order from them I get the worst service and experience compare to other Starbucks. Even on the phone giving me attitude and not even to offer a complimentary discount . Waste of money and the worst coffee I ever had!!!!!
