I ordered a caramel brute latte and a Frappuccino by Uber eats. Apparently they did not put a straw and there is not other way to drink it . For the hot drink they did not put white cream or caramel drizzles.and also they did not put stickers so everything was spilled!!!! I called them to express my frustration and they arguing with me that they did put everything. Every time I order from them I get the worst service and experience compare to other Starbucks. Even on the phone giving me attitude and not even to offer a complimentary discount . Waste of money and the worst coffee I ever had!!!!!

Consistently dangerous delivery drivers from Gordon Food Services park in the bike lane to serve this location. There is a parking lot on one side and a delivery dock on the other and plenty of safer on street parking and this is the best they can do? Management doesn't seem to give a toss to fix this reckless behavior from their suppliers.

Great customer service and overall experience . ordered online and the drink was made in no time . very spacious setting compared to a lot of Starbucks and very clean . There is wifi and is located close to Dundas west station . Good overall experience no complaints .
It's one of my favorite location. Roncesvalles team is always amazing and super nice that they just cheers up your day. I have my coffee with my own cup and then a croissant ham and cheese so good.
