This is a terrible location as every single time I go here I have to wait so long for anything. Even regular coffee. I try to avoid this location as much as possible when I can because I just know it will take at least 30 minutes before I can get out of the store- even when there aren’t many people.

Its frustrating that this happens every single time.

Staff are nice, but it seems that they need to work on their operations and efficiency

It was a pleasure to visit the Starbucks coffee shop recently, and I was delighted by the overall experience. The atmosphere was inviting, creating a comfortable space to enjoy a beverage. The service was particularly noteworthy, as the staff displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness. Jay, the manager, who assisted me with my order, was exceptionally welcoming, offering helpful suggestions. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable visit. I truly appreciate Jay for his help with better suggestions and quick service.

I stopped by this location last week and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the staff were it was really genuine. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when Jay, who I was told is the manager, took my order. He came off as rude and blunt, and honestly looked like he didn’t want to be there. I get that everyone has off days, especially as a manager attitude really matters like what the hell .

Ordered a particular breakfast sandwich they were out of, they gave me a cheaper sandwich instead and it was cold in middle, acted like I was inconveniencing them and made me another which was cold in middle as well.

Had a great experience at the Starbucks at 123 Front St W. Nidhi took our order and was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about her work. Gladys made our drinks and was just as lovely. Even at the end of the day, they were both smiling and seemed to really enjoy what they do. They made my day!

Went in to purchase a water. I was told they’re out of there water boxes so I asked for a cup of water which I was refused because water is for paying customers. I offered to pay for the cup of water. She refused.

Made a crisp and clear modification when ordering (which I waited a long time to get my order taken too). And they still managed to mess up my order after waiting an even longer time to get my drink. They need serious improvement on communication and time management

The fact that they don’t offer lactose free milk anymore is beyond ridiculous and your only options are soy or almond and they don’t consider how many people are allergic to it.
Besides this, you don’t even update the app for online ordering, which is still offering lactose free milk.
