Had a great experience at the Starbucks at 123 Front St W. Nidhi took our order and was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about her work. Gladys made our drinks and was just as lovely. Even at the end of the day, they were both smiling and seemed to really enjoy what they do. They made my day!

Went in to purchase a water. I was told they’re out of there water boxes so I asked for a cup of water which I was refused because water is for paying customers. I offered to pay for the cup of water. She refused.

The fact that they don’t offer lactose free milk anymore is beyond ridiculous and your only options are soy or almond and they don’t consider how many people are allergic to it. Besides this, you don’t even update the app for online ordering, which is still offering lactose free milk.

Rookie mistakes at this location. First time here and last. You must stir any cold drink with a syrup. It will solidify at the bottom and ruin the beverage. I had a very cold milky venti with 3 shots of espresso. What i ordered was a caramel macchiato. Mentioned it to staff and they refused to do it but pointed to the wooden stir sticks. So i have to make a mess and stir with a wood stick thats not going to get the syrup that's already solid and molded to the bottom of the plastic? Hah. Thank you for saving me the calories.
