This Starbucks is close to my workplace and I usually stop by almost every day for a drink. What always makes my experience special is Raisa. Whenever she makes my drink, it tastes incredible — like she always knows exactly how to make it just right. On top of that, she’s so kind and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m truly grateful because thanks to her, this Starbucks has become my go-to spot.
I have been a regular at this Starbucks for 4 years, and the experience has always been exceptional. The coffee quality is excellent, and the staff is professional and efficient. Special thanks to Hamilton, the manager, for his outstanding leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. However, more staff is needed during rush hour as the 20-minute wait for coffee can be frustrating.
My go-to spot for Starbucks, as it's conveniently located across from my condo. However, it's situated within a Loblaws, which isn't very convenient if you're looking to grab a coffee after grocery shopping, due to a closed checkout counter there.
