I think they've hired new employee as I didn't recognize the 2 today. I saw there was protein milk and asked how much protein was in it. The barista just said she didn't know with no attempts to look into it. Kinda odd when that is their big promo on their menu. Coffee wasn't great but I knew what I was getting by going there.

This is a small Starbucks tucked inside Loblaws. It is convenient, but definitely not the full café experience. My cappuccino was fine, but below the quality I get at independent coffee shops nearby. I like their lemon loaf though, it is soft, and never dry. There is no real Starbucks atmosphere here. The seating area looks more like it belongs to Loblaws than a coffee shop, so it’s not a place to relax. I usually only stop by if I’m in a rush and need something quick. It’s functional, but far from my first choice for coffee.

People who work here are extremely rude and shouldn’t be working in a customer base job. My daughter went in to order a drink and they refused to take her order twice. Said they were closed and only serving water, on a Sunday afternoon, but there were other people waiting for drinks that they just ordered. Very disgusting behaviour especially since so many locations have been closed and this is the way they treat paying customers. Good job Starbucks I understand why many locations have closed now.

I like the coffee here and the service is courteous. They could hire more staff to reduce wait time - good luck if there's a lineup. My major complain is that there has been occasions where they will not pour coffee straight in a reusable vessel if you carry one and instead use a paper cup first and ask you to pour it in your reusable. This is SO anti-environmental and unacceptable. I have never had this issue with any other coffee shop in the city, and I buy espresso with my tumbler every day.

I've come here a few times and the same barista always messes up the order. I never complained until this most recent visit, and he remade my drink and it was wrong again. I got a shaken espresso and he didn't even shake it lol. Such a bad location.

Starbucks uses the bitterest coffee beans of any coffee shop I've been to. They also confuse cappuccinos with lattés. I would only go here if desperate. As it is, I prefer Canadian Non-franchises.

every week i come here to pick up a pre-ordered traveler at 7am. this week, placed an order for 8am pickup. showed up at 8:10 and it wasn’t even started. the barista only had “i’m sorry i was busy” to offer. he had more than half an hour to start the order. when i showed up there was zero people in line. clearly nothing one can do because the order is paid for, but really - offer a voucher? a free drink? thanks for nothing.

5:30 pm on friday, I ordered three drinks, out of them two were messed up. When i returned to ask her about it, she was very rude and disrespectful. The first order was very icy and the second time was only sweet and no flavour. I have been ordering the same drink from past 3-4 years and this is the first time theyve messed up and when confronted about it, the girl behind the counter was very rude and kept calling herself right.
