This Starbucks has become my go-to spot, and for good reason. The team here is very welcoming. My orders are always prepared quickly and just the way I like them. Jeff deserves a special mention—he goes out of his way to be kind and makes the experience even better.

Really disappointed by the behaviour of the store policy and its workers… I was with a toddler whom needed the bathroom badly and was denied stating that I had to wait in the long line and purchase a drink first… like really we’ve fogotten basic human decency and etiquette…

We were just two girls who needed to use the washroom, but the woman barista told us very
rudely!! that we had to make a purchase first. We completely understand if that’s the policy, which I don’t think it is cause i almost get a drink from Starbucks every day but the way she spoke to us was unnecessary. If she had been even a little more friendly we both would have happily ordered our favourite drinks. Instead, the attitude left the worst impression!! Never coming to this Starbucks again!

Typical tourist area Starbucks. Service absolutely terrible because employees assume they will never see customers again. Only employee interaction (despite only two customers) was to eventually show up to cash register and stare awaiting order. Once order was placed; no acknowledgement and employee continued on doing his thing. Items were prepared properly.
Place could do with a deep cleaning and regular cleaning.
Owner: What sets Starbucks aside is customer service. Your staff are opposite of that standard.

Looks like their employee purposely ruined my drink. I noticed an employee - Black girl, had weird attitude even the store was not busy at all yet she made worst watery iced shaken oat express coffee. I chose this location because not all the stores makes good drinks but disappointed again with this location.

They don’t let you use restrooms, They sayed Only for custumers, that is crazy to tell someone who needs it
Most of the Starbucks I go to staffs are very friendly and happy even during busy hours. But this store i don’t feel the happy welcoming vibes. The staffs don’t seem to like what they are doing.

This the worst Starbucks and an professional service, I ask to use the restroom before I purchase my food, but the hole staff saying you have to purchase first.
