Went again today and the brown girl working got my order wrong (asked for a TALL caramel latte with lactose free milk), she gave me a GRANDE caramel latte with OAT milk). I told her she got it wrong and refused to believe me. She kept arguing with me how i supposedly said “oat milk”, I don’t even like oat milk!!! Another barista had to step in and made my order for free & refunded me.
No apology or acknowledgement from the rude barista. Do better.

Got the strawberry pink drink yesterday, and it had no flavour. Initially I thought it didn’t have enough of the refresher, so I asked to add some more. It made no difference at all, which is when I realized that they water down their refresher drinks at this location.It is a shame to pay $6 for basically, water.I’d steer clear of this location.

I never usually leave bad reviews but this time it deserves it.It says it closes at 8 pm, we arrived at 6:45 pm and they treated us very poorly saying that they were going to close and all the drinks we ordered taste horrible, we ordered the drinks we have always ordered and here it seems that they made them angry :/
