6 minutes to make black coffee and still got the order wrong š
I usually do not go out of my way to write a bad review. But this place has wasted so much of my money so I cannot help but to warn people.
The drink I got today really made my stomach upset, it was overloaded with brown sugar and idk what elseā¦
Not only that butā¦
Everytime I order the drink āIced brown sugar Protein matchaā, it tastes different every single time. NOBODY knows how to properly prepare the drink. And anytime I order it, workers appear to be very confused or like do not know about the drink even though it has been advertised right by the entrance and sign board for weeks now. At first, I thought people may not be too familiar with it since it was relatively new. But until now, everytime I hope that it gets better when there is another worker, but every single time no matter what worker they completely serve a terrible drink that progressively gets worse each time I order. The female workers are polite, but are confused about the menu and claim to not sell certain items that are clearly shown as available on the menu and sold at other starbucks location. However, the male worker is very entitled, gets orders wrong and then tries to gaslight you by claiming that thatās what you ordered, without trying to accomodate in the way it should be up to the Starbucks staff and what treatment I am usually used to. Complete waste of money, and youāll never see me here ever again.

If you want medium size, order large cuz eventually they will end up serving you half a cup. ALWAYS!
And they really do a good job at making sure you realize that your drink specifications are completely waste because they donāt care!!!!

Did not follow order requests. Asked for protein milk and watched them top it off with regular 2% milk. Did not add any cane syrup to the matcha latte either. Will go out of my way for now on to go up church street to get Starbucks.

Two days in a row of mobile orders that were either stolen or made very late, but today the matcha latte I ordered was also just pure milk no matcha.
I wonāt make the mistake of ordering here 3 times.
Had a pretty awful experience at this location. Mobile order so the ponytail lady didnāt even bother calling out my name, just placed the drink at the corner. Am I magically supposed to know thatās my order? Made a mistake with the order. So when asked to be rectified, man looked at me like I wanted his kidney or like Iām getting a free drink or sth. Pathetic racist behaviour from the two āBaristasā. Funnily enough I didnāt expect racial profiling from similar race.

I visited today around 12 PM and there was a long queue. Only one girl was working, and she was doing an amazing job handling everything alone. Starbucks really needs to improve staffing and scheduling, especially during busy hours.

Iām wondering what Starbucks is doing to improve this location. There already seem to be many complaints about the service and quality, and after trying several times myself, the experience has been consistently disappointing.
Today I ordered a drink and received something completely off. I normally wouldnāt complain, but it was just so bad that I had to ask for it to be remade. Even then, I only received a standard drink.
This location really needs attention from HQ to improve service quality.

I had a bus to get 10 min after my ordering 2 lattes and Janil was very fast and helpful. I didnāt miss my bus and I got a hot coffee first thing in the morning.

If you can avoid donāt go to this Starbucks. The staff are completely incompetent, super slow and are CONSTANTLY getting my order wrong. Doesnāt matter who is on shift. They all look lost in the sauce. Itās super frustrating as this is the closest one to my house and now Iām going to have to go out of my way to go to another one if I want Starbucks
