I visited today around 12 PM and there was a long queue. Only one girl was working, and she was doing an amazing job handling everything alone. Starbucks really needs to improve staffing and scheduling, especially during busy hours.
“We had the Strawberry and Mocha Frappuccinos today and they were both amazing! The Strawberry one was super refreshing with a sweet, fruity flavor — perfect for a warm day. The Mocha was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of chocolatey. Great service and quick preparation as always!”
I used to have great experiences here — the staff I met before were always warm and friendly, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of less. But today was really disappointing. There was a long line, the employee was working very slowly, and the customer service was lacking. I waited 15 minutes for my drink, and even after asking twice for a straw, I was completely ignored. I hope this was just a one-time issue, and the store can return to the great service it used to have.
