I just wanted to leave a review - this morning I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk. When I picked it up - I notice the milk had separated in the coffee. Not knowing if this was normal - I asked the baristas. They made me a new coffee and explained. After googling - almond milk CAN curdle in acidic coffee. So - I wanted to apologize and thank you for the extra effort/work. THANK YOU!!!

What I really like about this Starbucks is the barista takes time to provide various substitutions they have for a drink. Like sugar free syrup, milk alternatives etc...
This especially helpful for those who don't drink coffee outside regularly.

So I’m forced to leave my review/complaint here, after contacting this specifics Starbucks and asking to speak with their manager over a health & hygiene issue I witnessed the other day and the manager did not get back to me:

It was extremely discouraging and unfortunate to witness one of your employees (a woman) use the washroom and not wash her hands.

This occurred at approximately near noon. I was coming out of the bathroom stall in which your employee was near the sink, and I heard the water turn on and then immediately in one second at most, turned off. No soap, no rinsing, nothing. She quite literally passed her hand through it just enough for it to turn on.

I think it’s in poor taste to be handling customers food and drinks, with soiled hands. You don’t know what she could be passing on to other patrons causing them to get very ill.

I usually leave reviews when in the face of either great customer service or witnessing poor conduct with restaurants, but I thought it more vital to reach out directly to a manager instead.

Perhaps you can go over health and hygiene practices again with your employees. Your location is an extremely busy one, and it puts a lot of people at risk when at least one your employees does not follow certain codes of conducts that I’m sure was outlined for her when she started.
