One time I went here when I was a really broke first year student and wanted to get a cup of water I could carry around. I requested a cup of water (was expecting a grande one with tap water) and the cashier charged me for a large cup. So basically I had to buy a cup of water when normally Starbucks just gives out free water no charge in their small cups. I asked why it isn’t free and the cashier rudely said I have to charge you for the cup, when normally restaurants are suppose to give people a cup of water when requested, regardless if they are buying anything. The cashier was hostile and just sneered at me for asking this. For a Starbucks located inside a school you think they would act compassionately. Many other Starbucks locations I have been too willing give out their water because it promotes their business and it is just kind. Avoid this place many other great stores just steps out of the SLC.
Conveniently located inside the SLC

They don't scan your starbucks points here, and I usually avoid this starbucks location because it's a long wait and not the best drinks. This is inside of Ryerson SLC.

Way too expensive for a student budget (that includes both their suagr-filled drinks and their food you can male yourself for a fraction of the cost)
Unnecessarily Expensive
