Just received my order and my cup is almost half empty. There are no signs of spills in the package which means it was given half empty from the store.

I had an excellent experience at this Starbucks location! The baristas were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. The cleanliness of the store was impressive, and the availability of comfortable seating was a bonus. Highly recommend this Starbucks for a great coffee experience!

What's there to say? It's Starbucks! Delicious, expensive Starbucks. My main complaint with this location is that it's in a rich neighborhood, so depending on when you show up it can be packed with rich kids from the local private school, or snooty old ladies complaining about their order taking too long.

Why did you sell me a MOLDY sandwich…??? I ate a few bites before I got a massive stomachache, checked the sandwich to see a green-ish spot. WOW.

I don’t know if it’s how Starbucks trained their employees for making an order. I ordered 2 cups of caramel blended and messed with the whipped cream. This happened a lot of times with my previous order. Same store, same time frame.

Customer ⭐️ The Asian girl with glasses working today didn’t bother to fill my venti drink to the appropriate size. It felt like she cheaped out on me, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I could say it was a one time experience, but it’s always a hit or miss at this location.⭐️ I ordered a VENTI and got what looked like a GRANDE. The drink was barely half-filled, making it seem like I paid extra for nothing.⭐️ I spent 16.40$ for a undefiled venti coffee and a sandwich. And I definitely feel completely ripped off. I even tipped beforehand, which I now deeply regret.Customers - Open and check your drinks and food BEFORE leaving the store.Very disappointed and upset with the subpar service at this particular Starbucks location. And now looking at other low rating reviews, it would be in managements best interest to take some action in form of retraining or rehiring as your current employees represent your company’s values in the most careless and tasteless way.Next time I’m craving coffee I will simply put in more effort to visit the Starbucks located inside Loblaws - 396 St.Clair W. At least at this location they always have great positive customer service, try to fulfil the orders correctly, as well as always have the food and drinks made RIGHT without the attitude and desire to rip off customers.Cheers.

I got a pineapple spiced drink which took them 15 minutes to make. Apparently, they forgot my order, even though I was the only one ordering at that time. I understand that during busy hours, mistakes can happen, but waiting for 15 minutes when I was the only customer is unacceptable. Moreover, the drink was poorly made; I couldn't taste the pineapple chunks, only spice and sugar. Additionally, the cup was filled with ice, which seems like a scam because I didn't pay for spiced ice. When I tried to ask for a refund, the cashier replied that they could issue refund this time only , which is terrible customer service.

I go to Starbucks pretty much every day and order the exact same thing. I love going to Starbucks. However, this particular location has a' new girl' ( I on ly say she is new because I have never seen or been served by her in the past.)She was rude and forceful. Tried to charge me extra for the latte creamShe said that every other Starbucks in Toronto has been making a mistake with my order! Really. I said you go through my App and see the last 40 others is the same..She shrugged me off said " they are all wrong" . This left me very embarrassed and I felt singled out. I still place my order however she turned around and started snickering with another employee right in front of me.Very disappointed with the type of condescending behavior. Not representative of the other Starbucks, and I've been to. I won't be coming back to this location! Her manager or co worker should have been more professional as well. For this location in Forest Hill I give it 1 for lack of training and poor service. From Starbucks I'm used to getting high fives and bright cheerful "good mornings" from the staff not so much at this location
