I ordered a tall cappuccino, and when I got the cup it felt super light. Opened the lid to see half of the cup is just foam. I went back to the manager to address that they didn’t give the proper serving size only to have them explain the difference between a cappuccino and a latte, and how a cappuccino is SUPPOSED to be half foam! I am quite familiar with cappuccinos, and this is definitely not my first time ordering one at any cafe, let alone Starbucks! I am never getting coffee from here again.

So much variability ordering here, the drinks never taste the same. Cinnamon dulces are often super milky and tasteless. Super hit and miss. Got a psl today that tastes like burnt baby food. Been happening for months, can't trust whoever is making these drinks unfortunately

Just received my order and my cup is almost half empty. There are no signs of spills in the package which means it was given half empty from the store.

I had an excellent experience at this Starbucks location! The baristas were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. The cleanliness of the store was impressive, and the availability of comfortable seating was a bonus. What's there to say? It's Starbucks! Delicious, expensive Starbucks. My main complaint with this location is that it's in a rich neighborhood, so depending on when you show up it can be packed with rich kids from the local private school, or snooty old ladies complaining about their order taking too long.

I don’t know if it’s how Starbucks trained their employees for making an order. I ordered 2 cups of caramel blended and messed with the whipped cream. This happened a lot of times with my previous order. Same store, same time frame.
