My coffee was never the same, I always asked for 1/4 half and half cream, but its often way to white and a few times too dark.Flavor of coffee is also fleeing since before pandemic.I wld suggest go back to the quality of coffee you use to have, and at least measure the options you offer of how much cream (or whatever) to be consistent. OR, PUT creams and sugar on counter for selfser like the old days.

What an absolutely beautiful place to go to in the hospital when I was alone and not knowing if my Wife would let be or die. The Barrista Moe is a gift ? directly from God. ps my wife has recovered ?

The barristas at The Toronto General Hospital location are simply the sweetest and so very empathatic. I had first hand experience with this and I have also watched them interacting with seniors and people in distress and they are just the best. Takes a lot to offer a sympathetic ear and smile when you are working non stop long hours...

Went to the one in the lobby of Toronto General Hospital early in the morning. Staff were friendly, positive, and helpful.

Just grabbed a tea and a matcha. Daughter said it was the best matcha she’d ever had. The two employees working were awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. Big smiles. Looked happy to help . Had a request for something gluten free and they suggested the dream bar. Thank you for your help!!

I often find hot coffee here not hot.Not hot to touch nor taste. Just warm.Perhaps machine needs maintenance or coffee was sitting there for too long

9/10 times is an amazing experience as a healthcare worker here usually best part of my day as staff is so kind, today however John was extremely rude with scoffing, rolling eyes and being short, unprovoked as I was asking for additives to my own espresso which had been accommodated the day before (0.70 cents) and he had charged upwards $5 for the same thing next day and when asking for clarification on the price he was super rude and condescending. Again, the rest of the staff is always super sweet so I was genuinely shocked especially when the barista next to him was giving such sweet service to my neighbour in line. It’s not hard to be nice, especially in a hospital when you don’t know what people may be going through.
