When I went here it was very busy with a long line. The two people in front of me in line were each holding a large dog. No one asked them to leave the dogs outside. In fact, when they got to the cash the employee gave the dog water and it started drinking it from a Starbucks cup off the floor. The dog left water all over the floor which the employees just left. I don't know why the employees allowed these large dogs inside with so many customers. Everyone was clearly afraid and uncomfortable with them. I'm definitely not going back to this location again.

Wow, the staff at 208 Queen Quay absolutely amazing. Though I’m not a morning person, this staff really cheers me up. Mostly definitely the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at Star Bucks. Really really great people. Simply the best.

Horrible policy at this starbuck and heartless staff. They only give water for dogs if you make a purchase. First and only time this has ever happened at a Starbucks. Disappointing policy just to make a few extra bucks.

Nice little Starbucks near the Harbourfront, right infront of the streetcar stop. Great baristas, specially Eko who is always kind and smiling. Always enjoy stopping by 😊
note that they do not have any bathrooms inside this location!

The delay in service was atrocious to say the least. There is hardly any queue and one stands there for so long with two young workers chit-chatting away oblivious to the presence of a customer. The only adult on site was busy preparing drinks for online orders. Only reason it has two stars. Will not enter that space again. If one is in a hurry to get a quick bite and a drink, during a lunch break. Go somewhere else.

Really appalled at their behaviour for denying water for my dog. I forgot to carry his bottle and he was gagging. I went to get water from the store because i get my coffee multiple times from the same store every week and they said no because I didn’t order anything that day. My dog loved going to this Starbucks but I guess we are not going here anymore. Its interesting how one person can ruin the experience created by multiple wonderful people who work here. And also FYI: I did order a coffee after just to satisfy the power dynamic.
