Really appalled at their behaviour for denying water for my dog. I forgot to carry his bottle and he was gagging. I went to get water from the store because i get my coffee multiple times from the same store every week and they said no because I didn’t order anything that day. My dog loved going to this Starbucks but I guess we are not going here anymore. Its interesting how one person can ruin the experience created by multiple wonderful people who work here. And also FYI: I did order a coffee after just to satisfy the power dynamic.

Starbucks never make me feel dwon, but just normal taste as usual. But staff is warm. She help me to get a extra hot drinks to against cold weather. Love Starbucks. It is almost my home.

I love this Starbucks just for the staff. All the staff members I’ve seen on various occasions are incredibly nice. They seem to remember their regulars and are very quick w their service. They’re always busy in the morning w mobile orders but they somehow stay on top it. Big shoutout to the staff here.

I am not a PSL girl for the fall but I did try the Apple crisp oat latte (sub with 2% milk) and it was pretty good! However I do prefer the pecan crunch oat latte (sub with 2% milk 3 pumps of the syrup instead of 4 and extra pecan crunch on top). Nice little treat on a cold day ☺️

The service here is amazing. All the baristas are super friendly. While I lived in Toronto I would get an iced chai latte many mornings for my walk to my internship nearby. Their kindness here always started my day positively. Especially Ann! Who got to know my name, and was super lovely. Thanks Ann!
