Honestly Iâve never had a worker be so rude about water, like cool if you donât want to give it but itâs wild how much of a big deal they make it here over tap water, the lady said buy something or stay thirsty. Very weird and inhumane location. I legit give a quarter at other locations for the cup and tap water. You never know what people are going thru at other location they take 25 cents and itâs cool at times Hortons itâs 10 sense and itâs cool but at this location itâs buy something or no water

These guys are always stocked out of their dark roast, when two days in a row stocked out each time. Like youâre a coffee shop? This is your business, how are you constantly stocked out?

Mixed bag of experiences here but the barista Ever was very kind this morning!
11min for a shaken espresso? Come on.
My girlfriend has been a customer of this poor declining company for years and on her birthday, showing her Government ID with her legal date of birth, came to this location to grab her OVER-ADVERTISED free birthday drink, showed her account on the App and the Asian barista with glasses that was working at 1:00pm had the audacity to tell her that sheâs not able to give it to her because she already redeemed it (clearly not), then told some nonsense different reason, and finally saying âThe system wonât let me but I could do it for youâ but my girlfriend very patiently told her that if she wasnât going to get in trouble then sure, but then this lady came back again and said âoh yeah⊠unfortunately I canât help youâ. Where was her customer service? Probably at home. Thatâs why we prefer Arabica, Jimmyâs, or many other less overpriced coffee options.

I stopped by to ask for a cup of iced water, it was over 30 degrees outside. To my surprise, the staff refused, stating that their policy had changed and now youâre required to purchase an item before getting water. This was disappointing, especially considering that offering complimentary water used to be one of their hallmark gestures.
If Starbucks is aiming to push customers toward overpriced drinks that rival Tim Hortons in quality (but at triple the cost), they might be setting themselves up for failure. On top of that, the staff came off as rude and dismissive. Needless to say, I wonât be returning.
Worst shaken espresso Iâve had at Starbucks. First pic is the one on Spadina. Slow service and badly made. 2nd pic is the one from King and Bathurst which taste great and service is much better
Very friendly staff!
