Everything food service is great, it but I really don’t get it why their seats so uncomfortable
harry always makes my morning everyday!!
The staff here are awesome. Efficient and very nice. Special shoutout to Lexi and Harry who always make my day! ❤️
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and I will say it’s the best one in the city. Everyone is always in a good mood. They are extremely polite, nice and thoughtful. I spilled my Americano today and without hesitation the barista made me a new one. In a city where good customer service is hard to find, it is refreshing to see it in good practice at the Starbucks at King & Berkley.
Best starbucks in town, Harry is amazing with his positive morning energy!
Left the cream cheese in the bg for me to apply???? Wth is this
The slowest Starbucks on earth
went in the other day to get a drink, and I watched a woman named Susan very loudly and rudely speaking to other staff over something they supposedly did "wrong". I didn't hear the whole conversation, but she obviously makes everyone uncomfortable. Especially when it was busy, she could have been helping! I left, I was so turned off!

I made a mobile order. I arrive there, and there is one beverage still pending. After multiple attempts at asking one of the staff members of the status of that beverage (to which they responded it would arrive "soon" and brushed me off), I got fed up and asked for a refund. Waiting over 20 min for a mobile order is ridiculous. They forgot to make my drink, plain and simple; It was never "on the way". I was almost late to a meeting waiting for it. I hope upper management reevaluates the staff that works there, as I generally find them to be unprofessional and incompetent. This is not the first time something like this happened.

Went to Starbucks this morning to grab coffee, and as I was walking away one of the two drinks in my tray fell off and smashed onto the sidewalk. It was right in front of the window, so everybody inside saw (perfect). It’s been that kind of morning, so I accepted my fate, assured my dog it wasn’t his fault, picked up the broken cup, put it in the garbage and went on my way.
After a few steps, I heard someone calling my name; it was a man who had asked to say hello to my dog earlier. “They’re making you a new drink. What did you have?” So, I come back to the door, thank him and tell him my order. He goes inside as I rearrange myself and my little Gizzmo so that I can carry the tray properly this time. As I’m walking in, the gentleman from earlier comes over and adds the new drink to my tray along with a pup cup (Gizzmo pictured enjoying his pup cup)! I thanked him again and went on my way, making it home to write this review.
On the way home, however, I realized that in all that chaos (and embarrassment,) I forgot to say thank you to the TEAM MEMBER(S?) who were understaffed and working the counter to perfection - as usual at this location!! Anyway, they were busy (and like I said, understaffed,) and I couldn’t risk extending my trip for fear of spilling my drinks again. But, I wanted to say thank you to whoever saw my iced chai latte explode on the sidewalk and decided to make me another drink; decided to make my day a little better just because you could.
