It's always a pleasure to stop here. Everyone is patient and kind. A great place to stop for a coffee and a light lunch.

Very nice location but servers are very very rude for no reason! Seems like we taking free drinks!! I came here today at 12:30 pm on July 5th 2025 and from Starbucks I always get matcha with no sweet and I already mentioned. But the man who made my drink made with sweet and got upset when I asked to make new one with no sweet!! He pushed drink toward me with angry voice.. no wonder why this store got only 3 stars!!!

Worst Starbucks

The staff are LOVELY! Every time i visit they put a cute doodle on my drink, we always get to chat if it’s not busy, it’s clean, the music they play is super fun, there’s an outdoor patio to enjoy as well. I find myself looking for excuses to go and get a sweet treat there more often than I should ☺️

if I could give this starbucks 0 stars, I would. there is no such thing as customer service. They act like you are ruining their day for buying a drink... I got someone who made a disgusted face at me for my tip, and when I got my drink, it was SO watered down...

Horrible customer service

Barista was more interested in drawing on all glasses of a big order instead of taking my single order. There were 2 of them. I left with no order left after waiting too long and being ignored. A winds of acknowledgement work have changed my decision and feeling of being no value to this business

I ordered 2 coffees, one hot Carmel macchiato another cold. Extra pricing because of location in hotel X. The hot coffee was served barely warm. I asked for the new one. And the attitude started. The way the employee acted to pore out the coffee and another was served with almost no caramel. I’m thinking I just spent $20 on two coffees and what I got was nasty attitude from Starbucks. That was the last time I visited this place. Have a good day

Staff need to cut out with attitude and also needs to add Starbucks rewards system...

The staff is incredibly rude and do not listen. We were given the wrong food items twice and nobody listened to what we ordered. Worst starbucks location I’ve ever been to, would highly recommend the manager to follow through with the hundreds of negative reviews on their staff.

Staff unwelcoming and grumpy. Arguably the worst customer service I've received at a Starbucks. Unwilling to anwser questions and felt like being rushed out the door despite being 1 of 3 customers in the store at the time

Was overcharged

First Starbucks I visit where the staff has zero clue what good customer service means.

Rude and slow service from 2 women working there. We were there at 4 pm on October 25th.

Reviews about the staff being rude are not wrong, although on the days when the guy is not there, you don’t notice it as much. When the guy is working though you can almost feel the staff looking to him and then being rude to customers in response. It’s really strange, almost like he expects them to be rude because he hates the customers and his job. Not sure why he works here doing what he does when he is so miserable doing it.
