The staff is incredibly rude and do not listen. We were given the wrong food items twice and nobody listened to what we ordered. Worst starbucks location I’ve ever been to, would highly recommend the manager to follow through with the hundreds of negative reviews on their staff.

Staff unwelcoming and grumpy. Arguably the worst customer service I've received at a Starbucks. Unwilling to anwser questions and felt like being rushed out the door despite being 1 of 3 customers in the store at the time

Reviews about the staff being rude are not wrong, although on the days when the guy is not there, you don’t notice it as much. When the guy is working though you can almost feel the staff looking to him and then being rude to customers in response. It’s really strange, almost like he expects them to be rude because he hates the customers and his job. Not sure why he works here doing what he does when he is so miserable doing it.

I visit this Starbucks often for coffee but this is by far the worst location I've encountered. Most of the staff aren’t very friendly, especially one guy who seems to be the supervisor. He never greets customers—no "Hi" or "Hello"—and when he finishes making coffee, he just leaves it at the counter without informing anyone. His attitude feels rude and really detracts from the experience. Coffee is often the first thing we want to start our day, and encountering this kind of service can really ruin the moment. And to be honest, every starbucks I go no matter which location or city everyone is very friendly and they spend time to talk to their customers. I have promised my self not to go to this place anymore.

Probably the worst location I have been to. There is a gentleman with a heavy accent that is rude and short. Every customer that was waiting was commenting on him. They didn’t take anyone’s names was only calling out the drink. So much confusion. One lady asked for the a slip that goes over a hot cup and he threw them down aggressively. Brutal service

Saw the reviews about the unkind employees and wondered what these people did to deserve it... Wow. I took my daughter in here before a concert at Budweiser stage and the employee was not very nice at all. You guys should do a better job hiring people who represent the Starbucks partner values. Very sad.

Two woman working were incredibly unkind. With others and we ordered food and they did not give it to us for 10 minutes. Once we reminded them we were waiting as other people were getting food the woman who took our order was pissed that we asked when they didn’t give us our food. Not only that, after waiting 10 minutes we were informed they didn’t have two items we had ordered. On top of all of this, all drinks are more expensive as it is attached to a hotel. Absolutely would not recommend. Horrible service.

Worst Starbucks. Once they tried to pass off dark roast as light roast cause they didn’t brew any light roast. The second time they served luke warm coffee. What actually bothers me is the deception. The fact that they think it’s ok to do this cause people are too busy to complain. Probably a cultural thing with the management here. Poor form.

Unbelievably bad service - very rude people behind the counter. Lukewarm coffee and kept putting too much cream in the coffee (no self serve with cream because…you know…Covid)
