I had the worst experience with the shawarma here. The quality was extremely poor, and the quantity was disappointing. It felt like they put no effort into the preparation or ingredients. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it

Was in the area and needed a quick bite. Decided to stop by at Steak & Cheese Factory because the place I was eyeing wasn't open. Ordered the chicken shawarma poutine. It was nothing special and not the best for its price. They seemed stingy as well. It was snowing pretty badly and they didn't provide a bag or covering for my food.

The food made me feel sick. It is not what i expected paying almost $45+. It is should be your last resort. Way better options in that area

This place serves the absolute worst beef shawarma plate I've ever encountered. It was like they dumped a whole vinegar factory into the dish. I couldn't even take a single bite without feeling like my taste buds were under attack. When I questioned the server about this peculiar flavor, he nonchalantly informed me that their beef shawarma is intentionally marinated in vinegar. If you value your taste buds and sanity, I strongly advise against dining here.

Shawarma is not bad. But for the price, you could probably find a cheaper one down the street. Falafel was dry.

Vegetarian options: Yes falafel wrap

Parking: Free street parking after 9pm on some of the side streets.

I really like the idea of the different cultural foods in one spot. It caught my eye!I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap.It was ok. The wrap seemed under filled and the chicken was ok. It hit the spot at the time, but I've definitely had better, fuller, wraps.

Since I have to say something positive - the place is clean and there was no lineup. Went there for lunch , picked mixed gyros with fries. OK, the fries were decent and fried onion was a nice touch, but I suspect the fries were from a frozen bag.. no matter. The gyros .. dry and bland, more suitable for shoe soil replacement then for human consumption.. tzatziki was sort of OK, had better, the pickles stank as if they came from a public washroom, really ! Never again !

Burgers were horrible, very hard bun and stale patty. Quality control is not good.
