With its ultra professional staff, super welcoming environment as well as a phenomenal menu, Stelvio is literally the only Italian restaurant, from now on, that I will ever go to...literally. I have lived in this city for decades and being of Italian descent, there is no other restaurant that will continually hit this high bar (and I have been to many) with delicious and fresh food like home! They really know what they are doing when it comes to representing Italian cuisine. I recommend the ‘orecchie di elefante' as well as their hands down best Tiramisù in Toronto. So in love with stelvio! Their happy hour menu is fab deal ! What I loved the most is their customer service. I will definitely come back with bigger group to enjoy their happy hour and get pampered. Their food is unique. It wasn’t regular Italian food I have eaten and later I understood it’s northern Italian cuisine. Now I’m fallen in love for that especially sciatt. I am definitely sold haha!

It has a beautiful environment. Their signature dish, Orecchia di Elefante, is really tasty and great for sharing because it’s huge. The tiramisu is good too. The service is great, friendly and welcoming. The music is chill, and the place is calm as well.

Stelvio is a beautiful Italian restaurant, I've never eaten such good ravioli except in Italy. I ordered polenta stick (of course) and agnolotti with a glass of an amazing Nebbiolo . It was a beautiful experience and I'll certainly come back

I reserved a table for 2 originally. I asked them to add 1 more no problem. We started out with focaccia and mortadella which was so fresh yum is all i can say!! The antipasti was delicious. Our main was mushroom risotto was chewy not so much creamy. The short rib pasta was delish. The burnt leek and ricotta was superb. The wine was appealing will go again. The drinks were tasty as well
Stelvio is an absolute gem! The pasta cooking class was a blast — fun, hands-on, and the dish we made tasted incredible. I also got to order some of their other pasta dishes, all of which were delicious. My top pick is the orecchia di elefante —crispy, massive, and packed with flavor. Great atmosphere, amazing food. Highly recommend!

Authentic Italian food at its best. They were able to accommodate our large booking for a family Easter dinner. Everyone was delighted, satiated and happy with all of our food. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The menu had lots of choices and variety, yet not too much to overwhelm. I had the squash ravioli and it was perfect. The tiramisu was a definite favourite at our table. A fantastic night out with great food and company. We all highly recommend.
