We had the ravioli with stuffed braised beef short rib, ravilio di zucca and the orrechia di elefante which was a huge breaded pork loin cutlet. We also had the tiramisu for dessert. Everything was amazing.

I’ve known this restaurant since their very first location on Queen Street — it’s truly the only authentic Italian spot in town. They don’t try to adapt to Canadian tastes; instead, they serve dishes exactly as they should be, following true Italian recipes with no unnecessary additions or North American reinterpretations. If you’re looking for vodka sauce pasta, this isn’t the place.
If you’re after genuine Northern Italian cuisine, Stelvio is the place. No cream sauces, no chicken with pasta, no tomato sauce on everything. Just authentic, regional dishes prepared the right way.
I might be a little biased since I come from Lombardia and for e this is home food, but I’ve also brought my work team here and they absolutely loved it.
The staff is always excellent, and Anna, the owner, is incredibly welcoming. They just celebrated their 10th anniversary, and I hope they enjoy many more decades of success!

Went out for dinner with friends on Friday night and it was a fantastic meal!! The Orecchia di Elefante is a very large breaded pork loin cutlet which was a perfect starter for our group of 8! We all loved our meal and the service was excellent! And the round table for a big group was super great for chatting and laughing!!! Thank you again!!

With its ultra professional staff, super welcoming environment as well as a phenomenal menu, Stelvio is literally the only Italian restaurant, from now on, that I will ever go to...literally. I have lived in this city for decades and being of Italian descent, there is no other restaurant that will continually hit this high bar (and I have been to many) with delicious and fresh food like home! They really know what they are doing when it comes to representing Italian cuisine. I recommend the ‘orecchie di elefante' as well as their hands down best Tiramisù in Toronto. Thank you Stelvio for re-invigorating Italian dinner in our city!

So in love with stelvio! Their happy hour menu is fab deal ! What I loved the most is their customer service. I will definitely come back with bigger group to enjoy their happy hour and get pampered. Their food is unique. It wasn’t regular Italian food I have eaten and later I understood it’s northern Italian cuisine. Now I’m fallen in love for that especially sciatt. I am definitely sold haha!
