'Twas like being back in the Piemont area. Risotto with Osso Bucco on the plate. Barbera Asti in the glass. Warm friendly wait persons. Sounds of other patrons thoroughly enjoying themselves, as did we. Our first visit won't be the last. Ciao for now
A1 northern Italian cuisine. This place tasted just like it does in Milan. Incredible experience. You won’t leave hungry. Kudos to the chef

We've been her in the past and we'd forgotten how GREAT the food is. Being Italian / Canadian and spending more than my life in Northern Italy, I can attest that this is truly authentic and traditional dishes from the Lombardy region. We will definitely be going back again soon!
Great service, delicious food, full of joy experience. Thank you Sila!

No me gustó, le faltó cocción al rissoto y el tiramisú nada extraordinario. La atención de la mesera muy buena.
My wife and I went to Stelvio on Saturday night, and everything from start to finish was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff — easily some of the best service we’ve had in a while.
We tried the Sciatt, Ravioli di Zucca, and the Orecchia di Elefante. The cutlet was huge (as we were told!), but we didn’t mind — it made amazing sandwiches the next day! The Sciatt were unique and full of flavour, and the Ravioli were a lighter choice knowing we had the “Elephant Ear” coming. They were a taste of fall in every bite.
If you’re looking for great Northern Italian dishes, this is the place. We only tried three dishes this time, but we’re already looking forward to going back to try more. Highly recommend Stelvio for excellent food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have tried in Toronto. Our highlight was the Caprese. It is such an amazing dish with the star of the dish being the texture. The tomatoes are peel-less gem tomatoes - super juicy. And the mozzarella is deconstructed, tasted like Burrata. So creamy and delicious. We also tried the short rib ravioli (so good) and the gnocchi. As well as the cheese and meat board, while our dessert picks were the cheesecake and the tiramisu. Everything was just perfect. We will be back and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine!

The food was delicious. The only complaint I have is that the Elephant Ear Cutlet was too damn big and delicious. I ate too much. The ravioli with beef short ribs was amazing. Great work Stelvio.
