Fantastic value, I just tried them recently and plan to order again soon. I like how they use a generous 340g size for their bags and yet lots of places charge more for a mere 250g

I definitely recommend them

BEST BEAN I’VE HAD IN AGES!! Whomever is running this place clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve traveled the world and like to think I know my coffee but this bean/place is next level!!

Found this place after going to the gym in the neighbourhood. The coffee selection is great, particularly if you are doing more pour over. Their Analog is my new favourite espresso roast!

My goto place for locally roasted beans from top-notch producers.

Love their beans, which I grind every morning at home. I used to be a medium to dark roast person, but after tasting several of their estate coffee beans, I've completely switched. Their sourcing approach is another positive feature about them.

Insider tip - you can buy Stereo beans at Claudia's on Dundas Street West.

Stopped by today and picked up a bag of the Colombian Gesha... mind blown! One of the best coffees I've ever tasted. Highly recommend!

I ordered the modern espresso cortado assuming it should be light to medium roast. However it’s so so burnt bitter. And it’s a kinda expensive cortado. And there’s subtext next door. I don’t think I will come back again.

Super clean and friendly customer service! Their coffee beans are all neatly organized and detailed. Love picking up my coffee beans when I'm in the area!

I am disappointed to leave this review, to be honest.

I was visiting Toronto for a few days, and made a stop at Stereo, as one of the roasters to visit, the 4.9 rating had me convinced, as did the single-origin beans, and the amazing bag design.

I must say, i have been quite disappointed with the THREE bags of single origin beans we ended up with from there.

All three tasted largely similar, despite them being distinctly different beans from Colombia and an Ethiopian.

I can only guess that the roast profile killed them, but there was absolutely no nuance, no fruity or sweet notes, nothing floral and no tea-like qualities whatsoever.

Really disappointing, I wanted to love this roaster, and I was sorely let down.

This is not the 3rd wave coffee you are looking for.

If you like chocolatey coffee with lots of roasty notes, mixed coffee drinks, you'll do fine here. If you're brewing pourover and want delicate nerdy coffee flavours, go elsewhere.

I just popped into Stereo Coffee Roasters for the first time after someone recommended it to me, and I just had of the best customer experiences of my life.

RJ helped me out, he was super kind and knowledgeable. I was about to buy one blend and when I told him I mostly drink cortados, he suggested the other, and also made me a delicious shot to sample.

Stereo isn't as close to me as few of the other notable roasters in Toronto, BUT with this kind of service and quality, it's where I am planning to get beans from nows.

Thanks again for such a great experience! Also how fun is this packaging/branding!

Good selection of beans. I personally recommend the Echo Espresso if you like a chocolaty espresso coffee.

My favourite purveyor of beans in the GTA :-)

I’ve sampled a whole lot of roasters in and around the GTA, and yet I keep going back to Stereo for my coffee beans. My hands-down favourite for a classic espresso is their Bare blend. Absolutely, mindbogglingly sweet, aromatic and incredibly forgiving bean. Try their beans: you won’t regret it!
