Leaving this review here as well since grocery store food options are just as expensive as eating out. Food looks good but I don’t think it’s worth it. Their dry aged sirloin steak arugula salad to go is the size of a snack!! It’s so tiny you’ll be left hungry after you finish it, and it’s EXTREMELY salty (tiny dry steak, not like in picture).Their salmon poke bowl is completely ruined by their use of undercooked brown rice. Just keep it real and use sushi rice instead. Very bland toppings with no good selection, just a North American version of an actual poke bowl.

Celebrated my best friend's birthday at Stock and we had a delicious dinner. It does get noisy in there, but we had a small table and could cozy up to chat. She had the Black Cod and I had the Tuna, both very delicious, and we started with the Steak Tartare and perfectly fried Calamari--yum! My only disappointment was that I had to continually pour our wine and waters, which I didn't expect for a place like Stock. Service was very warm and friendly, but could be taken up a notch. Would I return? Yes, because the food is very good and it's close to home for a fun night out. A little more attention to service detail is all that's required.

I ordered from the cafe bar yesterday.When I came up, The barista didn’t acknowledge that I was there (I was standing right in front of her) and I had to be the one to say hi to place my order. When she took my order, she did not look happy to be there at all. The service did not feel welcoming at all. Even after I paid, she did not say “thank you or have a great day”, to conclude the service. The service turned me off so I will not be coming back.

The whole experience was excellent. The service was outstanding: - one server even brought over a higher bar chair for my wife when she observed she was struggling with the previous low seat. This action was unsolicited but very appreciated. I highly recommend this venue as usual.

So glad I finally got to try Stock (it's always booked up when I try to make a reservation - always a good sign)! I went with my mother for Mother's Day dinner, and we were wowed! Robin (I believe that was our server's name, that's what it said on the bill, ginger guy with glasses) was amazing, made thoughtful suggestions both on what to order and how to eat what we ordered (mix the steak tartare so you get a bit of sear in every bite!) Portions are on the smaller side (not stingy by any means), which means you actually have enough room to enjoy apps, mains, and dessert! Noise level wasn't so quiet to be uncomfortable, but not so loud that I couldn't hear my mother speaking. Drinks and food were delicious, I've been raving about Stock all day, and can't wait to go back!

Food was great, server was awesome. We sat at the bar! Ask for a minor adjustment to the pancakes and they would not accommodate. The one thing that drives me crazy about Terroni and Stock, they don't ever make accommodations, the customer doesn't come first. Disappointed, ruins the experience.
Not happy -Booked the reservation a day in advance and had requested a nice table in the bar area for a birthday celebration. When we arrived the hostess/server seated us in another cramped section and didn't even acknowledge or make mention of our request in the reservation notes. When I asked about the bar area, she indicated it was full. Literally 15 minutes later I noticed 2 tables were now free in the bar area. Why were we not given the option to wait for the table we had requested? Secondly, we weren't even made aware of any lunch specials, and we had to ask about them ourselves right before we ordered our mains. Also, there wasn't even smallest gesture made or offered to compensate for the wrong seating and the fact that it was a birthday celebration. We are regular customers and were looking forward to another great dining experience there. Very disappointed with the customer service this time around.
Flavourless rip off. Even the bakery items are stale. Surprised this place even has a 4 star average.

We had a corporate dinner here last week and had the most incredible service. Angie was attentive, efficient, and kind while taking care of our large group. She made our night so easy and enjoyable, while going the extra mile to ensure we were on schedule to our second event. Thank you Angie for making our night!!

Love shopping here, my favourite grocery store in the neighbourhood. Awesome products you can't get elsewhere, love the vibe, the sandwiches and prepped foods are super tasty... and they carry some excellent wines too! A real gem! Cheers, Sean Gibbs

It would a great grocery store for ppl lives nearby. It offers kitchen foods and bar on the second floor. However, I may still consider to shop at Eatly which gives me more options.

It's a pity that they are so inflexible. They won't even make a small accommodation for a child - and I mean small - such as serve the trimmings on the side of the plate of French Toast instead of smothering it with all the stuff kids may not like because they feel it looks prettier! Really - how would it harm them to serve that on the "side"
