I recently co-hosted a birthday party for my best friend. We chose Stout as the venue, as it's his favourite watering hole. Erin and her team went out of their way in accommodating our requests in advance of the event, and then were super attentive during the event with bringing out the (excellent) eats at just the right time. The crowd that evening have pretty high standards but everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly.
Highly recommend this venue for its great menu and selection of beers/ciders on tap!

It was out first time here. It was awesome. The staff were great. My Dubliner in Paris sandwich ( which I did not order, I ordered the burger ) was INSANE. Absolutely delicious. The others had cottage pie. Empty plates tell the story. We were going to The Phoenix and The Stout is a 5 minute walk away. The ladies washrooms were spotless. If you have not been you should ask yourself why.

Lovely pub in Cabbagetown with a bit of that worn down, Irish grit to it. They have a great variety of beer and cocktail offerings with some true Irish stouts on the tap, including Murphys. Prices are very reasonable with some of the cheaper pints I've seen in the city. Good waiters and service too. Cheers!

Staff is so kind, accomodating and friendly. I've been here a few time and continue to got back if I'm in the area. Food is also fresh, well flavored and I never go home hungry. They also hold events for different groups that are very friendly and community friendly. Lastly they have many board games if that's your vibe. What a beautiful cozy atmosphere, people and food. Highly suggest.

It's over priced. It's not safe. I was attacked by crazy drunk man with pitbul dog without facemask! And before him it was another angry dog without facemask on same place!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!

You can’t go wrong at Stout! The friendly service makes the great drinks taste even better. The food is all excellent but I especially love the chicken tenders. Fresh, home made and absolutely the best you will find in the city. Chickey tendey people- rejoice! And come to Stout.
