The fried wontons are awesome, and the chili chicken is the right kind of spicy. I would recommend this to everyone

Came here for lunch because I was nearby. Ordered a lunch special General Tao Chicken on Beef Fried Rice. Absolutely fantastic, tastes so good I was shocked. Felt like it was made with love. Customer service is great. Lady who answered the phone was very nice. Would definitely recommend and I will come back.

Solid 4/5
Firstly. The owner is very friendly and extremely patient with me struggling through the menu.
The Order
- Beef and Broccoli
- Honey Garlic Spare Ribs
- General Tao Chicken
- Crispy Beef
- Chicken Fried Rice (Free when you spend $50)
The Beef and Broccoli was almost the best I’ve ever had. The beef was very tender, broccoli had a nice bite, sauce was the perfect consistency and the ratios were perfect (no skimping on the protein). Unfortunately, the dish was too salty. I’m from the Caribbean, and we like well seasoned and salted dishes, but this peaked that threshold.
The Honey Garlic Spare ribs. Cooked to perfection. I was expecting the typical chewy, fight to get it off the bone type of spare rib, but these spare ribs were tender, held their form… must be slow cooked and braised. Delicious. I don’t have anything negative to say. I’m not a fan of honey garlic, but this dish got smashed.
The General Tao Chicken was what I expected. If I had one critique… maybe a bit more saucy, but that’s really subjective.
The Crispy Beef was good, tender, sought after. It’s not Hakka, but I’m ordering it again and again.
Ok. So all of these dishes are rich with flavour and you need a good foundation to balance your tastebuds. Fried rice is just adding more complexity, so I highly recommend getting a steamed rice. The fried rice was ok. It was free and we ate it all so not going to complain. I wouldn’t order it on its own.
Adding this spot to the rotation, it’s So Good!

This was our 'go to' for Chinese food in the area, but the quality has been inconsistent for a while now. Sometimes good, sometimes disappointing, never great. I’m not sure what has caused this, but I think we’re going to take a break for a while.

Their $5 deal is a scam! Ordered the 'fried rice and fried chicken'. It was NOT 'fried rice' more like stale Uncle Ben's pouch rice! The 'fried chicken' was crispy nuggets or something cut thinly with sweet and sour sauce all over it!

The chicken wings and the chicken corn soup is perfect. The homemade hot sauce is so delicious!
The food was decent but their service was great, very kind people in there. They served me whilst dealing with crackheads breaking their window. Shout out to Su-Good!

Last night, I ordered noodles with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. It was the most terrible food I've ever tasted.
We were craving some classic Chinese food and stumbled on this place. Ordered a Cantonese chow mein, beef ho fan and sweet and sour pork for pick up. Food hit the spot and price was very reasonable. Very nice family running the place also!

Extensive menu with Cantonese, Mandarin and 'Caribbean Chinese' menu items. Great DF chicken wings.
Vegetarian options: Lots of great veggie and tofu options.
Parking: If street parking on Danforth isn't available, can find lots of free parking in the Canadian Tire parking lot across the street.
