I’m writing regarding order #437A3781-8E from the Subway location at 1763 Eglinton Ave West, Toronto.
While my order was being prepared, the employee was watching videos on his phone, barely paying attention, and was rude when handling the order. As a result, multiple clear instructions were ignored.
The sandwiches were ordered grilled and toasted. They arrived cold and not grilled or toasted. I also clearly requested “don’t make it heavy with tuna”, yet the tuna sandwich was overloaded to the point of being messy and barely edible.
This was not an accident — it was a lack of attention and professionalism.

I recently ordered a flatbread sub from the Subway at Lawrence and Keele through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, it arrived with just one layer of meat and one layer of cheese—no vegetables at all. Easily the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever received.
I understand that this might be due to the online ordering process, but honestly, online orders should be treated with the same care and attention as in-store customers. The next time I receive a sandwich like this, I will personally bring it back. Customers ordering online deserve the same quality and service as those dining in.

Ordered flat bread sub which I’ve ordered several times from subway location Lawrence and Keele. This sandwich was dressed with 1 layer of meat and 1 layer of cheese no vegetables, the worce sandwich from subway I have ever received…..!
I believe it due to ordering on Uber. If I’m store this wouldn’t have happened they could never make a sandwich for a customer in store. But you should make your sandwiches for customers as if they were in store. Start treating customers who order online as if they are in store. Next time I order and get a sandwich like this one I will personally bring it back..!

This is the worst subway in all of Canada ( not exaggerating) I went in for a veggie sub, not the veggie Pattie sub but literally a sub with just veggies no cheese. I can’t have any animal products for religious purposes and the person making my sub got mad at me for asking for extra pickles on my foot long sub when she put 6 pickles on my whole sub (once again, not exaggerating) I understand not putting additional veggies on subs with meat or other proteins, but to get mad at a customer who is literally getting a veggie sub with no cheese for asking for more pickles is quite ridiculous. She then proceeded to put One line of sauce on my sub, I guess because she she got mad that I asked for extra pickles, and when it came time to cutting my sub attempted to use a dirty knife that is specifically used for meat to cut my sub, even after I explained to her, I cannot have meat or anything that touches meat for religious purposes. If you’re looking for a subway, you’re better off going a few blocks down to the one near Allen Road and eglinton .
Really enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch. Thanks, Tushar, for suggesting it to me. I had an awesome night.

i was going two times in this location there are indian guy worker at evening time sunday i need the washroom but they dont open the door what the hell very bad service food is not fresh also
