I believe it due to ordering on Uber. If I’m store this wouldn’t have happened they could never make a sandwich for a customer in store. But you should make your sandwiches for customers as if they were in store. Start treating customers who order online as if they are in store. Next time I order and get a sandwich like this one I will personally bring it back..!

This is the worst subway in all of Canada ( not exaggerating) I went in for a veggie sub, not the veggie Pattie sub but literally a sub with just veggies no cheese. I can’t have any animal products for religious purposes and the person making my sub got mad at me for asking for extra pickles on my foot long sub when she put 6 pickles on my whole sub (once again, not exaggerating) I understand not putting additional veggies on subs with meat or other proteins, but to get mad at a customer who is literally getting a veggie sub with no cheese for asking for more pickles is quite ridiculous. She then proceeded to put One line of sauce on my sub, I guess because she she got mad that I asked for extra pickles, and when it came time to cutting my sub attempted to use a dirty knife that is specifically used for meat to cut my sub, even after I explained to her, I cannot have meat or anything that touches meat for religious purposes. If you’re looking for a subway, you’re better off going a few blocks down to the one near Allen Road and eglinton .

Even though Subway has been running commercials ad nasuem for the 6" $4.99 turkey sub, (April 2024) they at this location had no idea about it this evening...fine, I went to Tim Hortons, just steps away. AND TALK ABOUT A MEAGRE amount of toppings in the past. ..my goodness, one and a half slice of tomato on 6"...3 slivers of onion!!!! You ARE DEFINITELY DRIVING CUSTOMERS AWAY. No option to give 0 STARS.
