Even though Subway has been running commercials ad nasuem for the 6" $4.99 turkey sub, (April 2024) they at this location had no idea about it this evening...fine, I went to Tim Hortons, just steps away. AND TALK ABOUT A MEAGRE amount of toppings in the past. ..my goodness, one and a half slice of tomato on 6"...3 slivers of onion!!!! You ARE DEFINITELY DRIVING CUSTOMERS AWAY. No option to give 0 STARS.

Around 9:10pm April 29th 2024he worker named Dhaval Jogani that works at this location, provided the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any given subway Franchise across Canada. Everytime you walk into this subway Dhaval Jogani is talking to people from India and not providing adequate attention to his customers. I am a loyal customer of Subway and spend thousands of dollars on subs each year to the point where I am an All star member of the Subway Rewards program. After this continuos horrifying experience of being rudely greeted while speaking to others on his cell phone ( through a headset) I refuse to ever purchase a sub from the entire entity of Subway regardless of the franchise location. The level of rudeness, and poor communication in being able to process my order, frustrates me. I order the same thing every time ... my typical sub sandwich and 3 cookies... I didn't ask for additional charges. After being rudely treated and Dhaval Jogani, I stated he can keep the sub sandwich and I refuse to pay for something I am being overcharger for. If you weren't talking on the phone during work like you do everytime there wouldn't be any miss communication. Not to mention this gentleman is always talking to people from India on the phone.I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY!BUYER BEWARE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!DHAVAL JOGANI HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER.

Got a sandwich with lettuce and I don't believe there was a single piece in there. These folks are incredibly skimpy on the vegsIf you like subway at all go to literally any other subway, this location is not worth it and my sandwich (the same one i get every time and usually thoroughly enjoy) was disgusting
