The girl working there at 845pm today was extremely rude, burnt my bread and barely has put the ingredients in properly.
People like her should really that the jobs they are doing can be done through automation since its a chefless kitchen, do your main job is to do proper custoner service, if you arent gonna do even the bare minimum, please resign

Girl at night shift was so so rude dont even pack it properly
Service is usually great but I think something was up with the dressings, I've been experiencing some nasty cramps and other stomach issues for most of the night.

Just want to acknowledge the exceptional service and work ethic of Leesa, she made a great sub for me and while dining I also observed that she was the only employee working there that time and the amount of attention and genuine effort she put into preparing all the orders that came in was very inspiring to see. Great work Leesa, definitely deserved a mention in the reviews for your amazing work ethic.

Please follow the instructions for the ingredients in the order. It's unfortunate to eat my subway and that they forget half of the ingredients, one day there are the best artists, another day two slow girls.

Good, but they just raised the cost for a sandwich by 4$.Not sure if it's worth it for what you get. I don't think so anymore.I'm not going back for awhile

I've gone to this location about 5 times recently and I think this is the best Subway in the area. I've gone to a lot of Subways over the years and here they put the sandwiches and wraps together with care. I definitely would recommend this! I've ordered through the app and in person and they're great at delivering what you ask for.

Best options for vegetarians in Canada
Don’t bother ordering from here unless you plan to go in person. Ordered online and received cold food, even I asked for both sandwiches to be toasted. I also received no cheese any of the sandwiches although I paid for extra. They shoved three sandwiches and a bag of chips into ONE bag so when it arrived, the chips were crushed and the chip bag was open.

Disappointed every time I ordered delivery from here. Never got the order correct!!Experience today: I ordered one rice wrap and one rice bowl for delivery. But what I got was two rice wraps instead. I tried calling the restaurant, but they do not pick up the phone and have disabled their voice mail. what does the person do who doesn't eat gluten, which is a part of the wrap?Experience earlier: They have messed up my delivery orders twice before. Once they put the wrong sauces in the sandwich and the other time gave me the wrong soft drink. I let the wrong sauces order issue slide but for soft drink error, when I had called them then (they used to pick up the phone then), for the error they asked me to visit the store to collect the correct drink. Well, if I had to visit the store, I would not have ordered a delivery? I had to throw away the drink as I don't drink cola and had to buy pulpy orange from a store that was walkable then.Never ordering from this store again! Because it can be a simple mistake once or twice, but if they are doing this every time I order, it implies it is a policy to mess up the order for some reason (availability of items and provide whatever is available, annoy on purpose, etc.)

Very very very rude and disappointing service. Rude staff. Worst behaviour. Management please take note of this. A girl with short hair, she was Indian. She gave no respect to customers and spoke to us very rudely.
