Worst Experience Ever. This was by far the worst place to order food from. I specifically requested extra toppings on my order, but instead, I received a footlong sandwich with just six olives, barely any lettuce, spinach, or green peppers, and the bare minimum amount of sauce—practically none at all. When I called the store to address this at 2 a.m., the employee argued with me, claiming that Subway’s “recipe” only allows six olives on a footlong.

On top of that, I also ordered a bag of chips, which I paid for, but they completely forgot to send it. When I called to report this, the employee asked me to come to the store to pick it up, as if that’s convenient at 2 a.m. If I had a car, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery in the first place! He then said their manager would look into it the next morning.

This location really needs better management. I’d appreciate it if the manager reads this review and provides proper training to staff on meeting basic expectations for customer service and food preparation. Such a disappointing experience, and a total waste of money!

On 28.Sep.2024 I had a very disappointing experience with my order that I got through Uber Eats with this location. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of money to spend, and I expected much better for the $60 I spent on two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were dry, old, and stale. I called the store beforehand to ensure they would prepare them properly, and the employee confirmed he would. When I called back to let him know they still weren't made correctly, items were missing and they didn't have the cheese either. I called the store right away to let them know and the same person answered the phone he simply said 'yeah' and hung up on me. What kind of professional experience is this? I feel let down and frustrated, especially when I'm trying to treat myself and my kids to decent food.

Do not order online! They never get it right or not sure if they are so reckless or need training. I ordered online and come home with the order only to realize that the cheese would be missing or sauce would be missing and sandwich not toasted when i request it to be toasted. There is no worse feeling than that.
They should at least call and inform if certain ingredient is not available or wait for me to reach the store to see if other options can be accommodated.

Found a hair in my sub. Contacted the location. Hiral Patel responded and basically ignored my concern. Had food poisoning the next day. This guy could care less that someone got sick from his restaurant. Disgusting sandwich and Patel isn’t the least bit bothered or concerned about the hygiene and quality of the food he is selling.

If you want to eat subway from here only come in person, I ordered DoorDash from this subway many times and everytime they either don’t put the sauces that I requested or don’t even put the right ingredients and if they’re is an issue with what I ordered I put to contact me, I also asked for my sandwich toasted and it’s not even toasted???
