Ridiculous shop. NEVER EVER go. When we ordered multiple sandwiches online, employee on arrival started complaining about workload. Then she used wrong bread, didn't toast at all (it was veggie patty). Requested extra sauce, It wasn't even at the regular level. Employee closed the store at 9 pm even though owner confirmed business hours recently.
All in all, we paid for the order and our requirements weren't met at all. On top of it, employee is complaining about her workload without anyone's assistance.
THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CANADA. check reviews before you head there !!

I really enjoyed my customer service today at 4pm April 25th 2025 the Rep name is Surbhi was the best đđŸ ever since I've been coming here which has been for years and never received such great customer service i really appreciate it and will definitely recommend as long as she's here!!!

The worst Sub ever! It didn't have enough veggies and no sauce at all just cause we used bogo on footlong. The worst ever experience!!! And the employee showed way too much attitude!!!
So the store is quite busy and I had to wait for so long time. But the lady she did well customer service but i mean working at food court only by one and handle stuff is kinda hard. I appreciate surbhi!

Ordered on Uber and they gave us the wrong bread, granted there was a note on the receipt that there was no Italian herb and cheese bread left we couldâve received a call to at least pick regular Italian bread.. or anything other than straight plain bread. We called the store to advise that a better idea would be for them to call rather than slap the least popular bread on the table and the lady on the phone kept cutting us off and wouldnât let us finish speaking. I asked her name and she said âwe canât do it like thisâ which I assumed meant she refused to tell me her name, I called at 8:51pm today (October 6, 2024) and will be making a report about it. Horrible service.
