So the store is quite busy and I had to wait for so long time. But the lady she did well customer service but i mean working at food court only by one and handle stuff is kinda hard. I appreciate surbhi!

Worst subway I have been to ordered 2 footlong teriyaki chicken sub’s veggies are completely spoiled it smells pathetic gave them a option to correct there mistake but the person over the phone had no manners said we have been using the same vegetables.

Ordered on Uber and they gave us the wrong bread, granted there was a note on the receipt that there was no Italian herb and cheese bread left we could’ve received a call to at least pick regular Italian bread.. or anything other than straight plain bread. We called the store to advise that a better idea would be for them to call rather than slap the least popular bread on the table and the lady on the phone kept cutting us off and wouldn’t let us finish speaking. I asked her name and she said “we can’t do it like this” which I assumed meant she refused to tell me her name, I called at 8:51pm today (October 6, 2024) and will be making a report about it. Horrible service.

Fresh bread and chicken , food toppings ok not the best and not the worst as some of the topping were empty and not filled also mayo bottle not filled . BUT when there is a line up the worker needs to focus more with the client and less on the phone with air pods. I went to get subs and there is a line up behind me the girl working is more interested in her stupid little conversation on the phone then making the subs and helping the clients . why do you guys take your work for granted . I am a canadian born kid but i know the struggles of a student . not to be nosey but conversation was not that important . Step up your game life dont work like that

This a very good Subway to eat at! I’d recommend it to all my friends. The sandwich artist, Ms. Surbhi was very nice, friendly, and helpful to me. She was welcoming and got my order right. Overall, this was my best Subway visit yet.

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway restaurant! The sandwich artist, Miss Surbhi, was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
