2nd review: Decided to give them another try and literally the same thing happened. STALE bread. Disgusting. So hard you can't even bite the sandwich. I asked for untoasted specifically to see if they'd give me fresh bread. I cannot recommend this location. Buyer beware.

Requested untoasted sandwich. The untoasted bread was stale, hard to chew, and crumbled at the slightest touch. Fresh bread is soft and enjoyable, but this was inedible. See the photo for proof.
The salad had rice, mozzarella, and veggies. The rice was cold and tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer too long, with an unpleasant freezer burn taste.
I paid $30 for this meal and ended up only being able to eat the chips and soda. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the poor quality of the food. Definitely won't be returning.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Subway this Saturday morning. One of the employees refused to add cheese, toast, or grill my sandwich even though I politely requested it. When I asked again about grilling, she responded rudely and even threatened to call the manager instead of trying to resolve the issue.
What was most upsetting is that she threw my sandwich into the garbage right in front of me, which made me feel extremely disrespected as a customer. I have always liked Subway, but this experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I hope management addresses this behavior seriously and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with respect in the future.
