I want to take a moment to share my experience at Subway and highlight the incredible work done by Yash. He truly went above and beyond during my visit. The store was extremely busy because of a rush of students, yet Yash managed everything all by himself with a calm and professional attitude. It’s not easy to handle a crowd that size, but he kept the line moving efficiently, maintained a friendly smile, and treated every customer with respect and patience. His multitasking skills were impressive — he was preparing sandwiches quickly, handling payments, and keeping the store organized at the same time. Yash clearly cares about his work and about customer satisfaction, and that shows in the way he serves people. Employees like him deserve to be recognized

I usually come to this Subway location, but my last two visits were very disappointing. On Thursday night, I waited far too long to be served, and when I finally got my order, the sandwich was messy and poorly prepared. Then on Friday night, the staff member seemed extremely lazy and uninterested in helping me. It felt like he didn’t even want to serve me, so I walked away without ordering. This is very unprofessional. The managers really need to pay closer attention to their staff, or consider replacing employees who are unwilling to provide proper service.

I visited Subway today around 3:30 PM and was quite disappointed with the experience. The front staff was not friendly, and the overall customer service did not meet expectations. Despite it being early in the day, I was told several items were unavailable, which was surprising. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving both service quality and availability of menu items.

outside it says they open at 9 but i sat their for like 20 minutes after 9 waiting for it to open lmao.
The boy works here. Is very slow. Hope owner see this matter. Store isn’t busy. Still his hands are very slow.
My 5 stars are for the employee who is here today. I don’t know his name, but he’s a young man wearing black eyeglasses and a hat. He works very cleanly, quickly, and professionally! Also, his attitude is respectful and kind toward everyone. Thank you!
Very disappointed in the subway chain on a whole with their promotion that’s going on now had me wasting my time trying to get a footlong for a dollar when you buy one at regular price I called the store and staff was lost didn’t know if there was special subs that the promo worked for but that’s all I got I was like ok BS service.
It's a mid subway but i understand what the reviews are saying atleast they have a washroom tho

This is the WORST Subway. AVOID!! I've tried & failed FIVE TIMES to use Subway GIFT CERTIFICATES here (the certificates worked fine at the Coxwell location). The vibe is also super apathetic, absent & slow. Toppings are always messy & containers are never closed. SHAME ON THE FRANCHISE OWNERS. SHAME.
I am reporting to Subway Canada HQ that your location is unable to accept valid gift certificates. Ridiculous & unacceptable.

I arrived at 10pm, the girl who was here did not want to help me, she said it was closed, when the schedule in the window says 11pm and also the schedule here on Google says they close at 11
It is worth mentioning that he was on the phone and did not even want to get up.
It was very disappointing as it’s been a month and they haven’t fix the griller. Whenever I ask for grill they are like it’s not working. They are lying every time.
The service at this location was really disappointing. I visited 30 minutes before closing, but the employee refused to take my order, repeatedly claiming the store was already closed. I even tried ordering online for pickup, but she continued to make excuses, saying it wasn’t manageable to take orders so close to closing time, the next day I even went on doordash to order and they closed the store on there too. On other occasions when I’ve purchased sandwiches here, they’ve been incredibly soggy and wet.
