I stopped by this Subway just to use the washroom while out in the area, and was told it’s for customers only. I understand policy, but sometimes people really need access — even offering to buy something first didn’t help. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Other locations have been more accommodating.

I ordered a teriyaki rice bowl, but the portion is so small it doesn’t even fill half the container, extremely disappointed, it’s not even worth a penny.

These guys are fraud. For twice I ordered chicken rice bowl and they gave me a bowl of only 60% full - lots like 40% of the room left empty. The first time I used a coupon so I thought maybe because they didn't like the fact that I only had to pay $8 bucks. Second time I paid FULL PRICE and they still only gave me a bowl of 60% full. Disguesting!!!

The employees who work here are great! They are very accommodating and friendly. I frequently go to this Subway and have never had any problems. I'm seriously confused at other 1-star ratings. The staff have always been kind, amiable and easy going. Probably one of the friendliest businesses I frequent.

Honestly wouldnt suggest anyone go here. Was serviced by a young indian lady who’s customer service was beyond awful and rude. She started off by rolling her eyes at me when i asked for a cookie but didnt know the name. After cashing out my order she legitimately threw it down instead of handing it to me. I refuse to take an order treated in that manner and when i requested a refund she said no.Claiming that refund are only given when theres an issue with the order, which clearly there was, i then requested her name where i was ignored. This is beyond sad honestly, to treat a customer in the manner i was today, i would never want to happen to anyone. Ended up not getting a refund. Will be pushing this issue to subway corporate.

honestly i just tried to call and the person was very VERY rude, i used to go there a-lot but not anymore after that! i really hope that lady gets fired. why have. phone number if you're going to be disrespectful, AND on top of all of that i used to love it there until they decided to get new staff. they hired absolutely disrespectful, uncaring people especially the lady i spoke to over the phone! i hope no one ever goes there.

I had the most shocking experience at 932 Yonge street location. After the clerk finished sweeping the floor, she used the same broom to sweep the tables. When I pointed out that it wasn’t sanitary, she gave me a lecture, insisting it was "super clean" because she also wiped the tables with a cloth afterward. I was speechless.

The same clerk was also incredibly aggressive. I ordered a Festive Faves combo, which includes a potato ring and two cookies. Since they were out of potato rings, she offered to give me three cookies instead. I politely requested potato chips as a substitute for the potato ring, but she wasn’t happy about it. She begrudgingly agreed, saying, “I’ll make an exception this time, but only this one time.” Seriously? I wasn’t expecting to be bossed around by a Subway employee!
