I had the most shocking experience at 932 Yonge street location. After the clerk finished sweeping the floor, she used the same broom to sweep the tables. When I pointed out that it wasn’t sanitary, she gave me a lecture, insisting it was "super clean" because she also wiped the tables with a cloth afterward. I was speechless.

The same clerk was also incredibly aggressive. I ordered a Festive Faves combo, which includes a potato ring and two cookies. Since they were out of potato rings, she offered to give me three cookies instead. I politely requested potato chips as a substitute for the potato ring, but she wasn’t happy about it. She begrudgingly agreed, saying, “I’ll make an exception this time, but only this one time.” Seriously? I wasn’t expecting to be bossed around by a Subway employee!

The worst subway ever, the Indian girl who works there had a lot of attitude,I don’t know who she thinks she is, and not clean at all. Grossed out from this place. This location just lost my business.

Talked to some lady on call asking if my order was placed at their location as on Subway app it was not showing anything and the amount was also deducted from my account. While talking to her, she was very rude and yelled, “if the app is not working then the app is not working!” and hung up on me.

Giving 4 stars for the excellent subs, but I am done with this location and not going anymore because of chronically sour tempered staff. I stopped going a while back after being lectured about the cost of spinach. I chose to go back and try it again making sure I never asked for spinach and switched to lettuce instead. Also, if I am paying full price for a sub, I want fresh baked bread, not the bread being used up from the day before and I don't need snide comments and dismissive body language when asking for it.

Staff at food counter is very disrespectful and rude. Specifically the middle aged lady who made my sub. She need to learn how to handle customer and be polite. It's just kot about food but overall experience one get in the store. I will never visit this store.

The aged lady at food court was very rude. She don't have basic manners on how to speak to potential customer. Yes, I declined my order since she didn't allow me to use washroom with the reason that first buy subway and then use washroom

The young girl who introduced herself as a store manager (Lie) and refused to tell me her name is absolutely RUDE. Instead of welcoming me, after I said it is warm in the store she told me to go to another store and said she didn’t ask me to eat there!!!

It’s very disappointing seeing someone with this attitude can still work and insulting customers!

She definitely needs to be relocated or gets trained properly knowing that customers are not her family members and she cannot talk to customers the same way she is being treated at home!

Very POOR customer service! Obvious per ratings!!!

Good news is, she confirmed that SHE IS RUDE which is a great improvement for her!!! LOL

I brought my sandwich home, opened it, and there’s a brown liquid substance on the inside of the paper. None of the toppings I asked for has that colour (veggies + mayo on a tuna sandwich). Pretty gross, as I don’t know what it is that could’ve caused it. (chocolate? another sauce? something more awful lol?)I called the location and explained, she kept on interrupting me and said it was from the paper being burnt. I said it’s definitely not from burning. She told me to bring in the old one so she could see it herself, and as I was responding back and trying to determine if I could get a new one, she hung up on me. I don’t think I was being rude but I was kinda grossed out so I didn’t really appreciate her hanging up on me mid-sentence.The man that owns this location was usually super kind, but a bad experience is a bad experience.

Kid-friendliness: Met up with friends with a big family there.

You advertise soups that are not even ready. It was lunch and I requested soup and this girl MICROWAVES the soup. Who microwaves soup and especially infront of customers. You cant take a few minutes to heat it on the stove ?? Also, the soup was room temperature.If people are paying $5 for a small cup of soup, atleast have it fresh and ready and its the middle of winter too.
