I brought my sandwich home, opened it, and there’s a brown liquid substance on the inside of the paper. None of the toppings I asked for has that colour (veggies + mayo on a tuna sandwich). Pretty gross, as I don’t know what it is that could’ve caused it. (chocolate? another sauce? something more awful lol?)I called the location and explained, she kept on interrupting me and said it was from the paper being burnt. I said it’s definitely not from burning. She told me to bring in the old one so she could see it herself, and as I was responding back and trying to determine if I could get a new one, she hung up on me. I don’t think I was being rude but I was kinda grossed out so I didn’t really appreciate her hanging up on me mid-sentence.The man that owns this location was usually super kind, but a bad experience is a bad experience.

You advertise soups that are not even ready. It was lunch and I requested soup and this girl MICROWAVES the soup. Who microwaves soup and especially infront of customers. You cant take a few minutes to heat it on the stove ?? Also, the soup was room temperature.If people are paying $5 for a small cup of soup, atleast have it fresh and ready and its the middle of winter too.

The lady there at tonight's shift is so lifeless and miserable you can tell she doesn't like her job. Last time she made me a awful sub and tonight Her vibe completely change my mind on what to buy. I just went for a cookie and headed for a different restaurant.

This was my go to location to grab something quick and fairly "healthy" while I'm on the go. They are stingy with the toppings, sometimes ridiculously stingy, but this location looked clean and well maintained, so I let that slide.I could have dealt with stingy, if that was my only concern. Imagine my dismay one day when I was placing my order, turned to my right, and saw an employee sweeping the floor, then taking the same broom and using it to sweep the tables. How disgusting! It instantly turned me off, and I will not be returning.

Seriously rude counter staff. I'm honestly not surprised at seeing the high number of 1's and 2's after today. This evening the female "manager" continually repeated that she didn't "get" me. Ok, I became frustrated but this clerk was beyond self-important yet incompetent...sad, but NEVER will I set foot in here again!

The subway employee was coughing and sneezing in the store! Adjusting her classes while making subs! What happened to the Subway Franchise!?!

My friend and I went in with a buy one get one 50% off coupon. We showed it before ordering our subs and the lady said it was good. However, once we reached the register, they declined giving us the discount. Not to mention, the lady who initially said it was good then began to argue with us! Clearly they do not understand that the customer is always right.The man making my sub was very stingy with toppings. I got only two toppings, one of which was black olives, and he said he could only give me 3 pieces of sliced olives after I asked for more. I've never encountered this push back at any other Subway locations.Finally, I ordered the cookies and they were all stale. Clearly leftover from a couple days prior, which is not acceptable. I am very disappointed with this location and will not be returning due to the incompetence of the workers.

Went in tonight to purchase a sub. spent 12. There were two staff behind the counter. One was taking the order and putting the meat on top and cheese. The other person was finishing it. The second staff was cashing people out. Its unhygienic to use the back of your finger to touch the screen and then to keep putting your hand in the topping container. The first staff said something to them when I told them to change their gloves. Im not sorry if you dont like me looking out for my health.
