On Google maps and the storefront it says open till 5am , I showed up at 4:30am and was refused service because apparently they close at 4:30 yet everywhere it says 5? Make it make sense . I passed several restaurants to get my food here and in the end ended up hungry. Oh and to mention that I’m a repeat customer who has ordered here many times

If I could put a zero start I WOULD. I ordered two foot long sandwiches and when I received my order I got two 6inch. In what way is it possible to make a mistake like that. SCAM

Weird employee who doesn't like to reply. I just asked for a little extra chipotle sauce she says it already there. I asked to add veggie patty on my sub, she strated making a new one. The sub was too salty as well. Idk what's wrong with the girl .

I recently learned that employees are not given gratuities paid via the app/online. This is unconscionable conduct by the owners and I will not return until multiple staff confirm that it has been corrected. Very upsetting.

Wrong store timings! the girl working there didn't take my order at 4:35 am and told me it's closed while the timing written outside is 5am
Firstly they accept the order from uber even they don’t have the veggie Pattie then ask the customers to cancel it over the phone and tell them you will get the money but we don’t as restaurants get full order money as uber policy new way to earn money. New business should learn this technique zero investment

Dried old buns, staff can’t speak English at all. No white sheet for the sandwich. Asked for more and she said she already put extra. Worst subway I’ve been to for sure, absolute idiots running the joint

1am on a Saturday night (Sunday morning) 1 employee working, Tanveer and she was swamped with online orders. Me and two Co workers entered for or night shift lunch and although she was already very busy she was extremely polite! Very focused and efficient! The subs were made fantastic! Second Saturday in a row that we have visited for night shift lunch. Again only one employee working but the employees are very kind!
