Terrible Subway location with rude employee.
I ordered a steak and cheese and my footlong had about the same amount of meat a 6'' sub would elsewhere. I also paid for extra cheese and not only did the lady put the wrong type of cheese it was only on half of the sub! She did not offer to fix or remake it, just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry nothing I can do.
Avoid this location and go somewhere else. Waste of money!
Before placing my order, I wanted to use the restroom, but they said it was out of service. This is a place where I eat a sandwich at least three times a week. Where did you find these two guys? When I walked in, one of them was literally sleeping at the table, and the other was just sitting inside. They clearly looked disturbed when I entered
This is the worst place I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible, and they treat you like you’re homeless. The older man was extremely rude — he told me only four sauces were allowed, and his expression was angry and unpleasant when I added multiple ingredients. Please don’t ever buy from this place. The food was also horrible. Worst customer service and completely unprofessional behavior.
Firstly the Bread was stale, no ice, not aloud to eat other food, not nice service, gross place, weird with using of coupons, this place gets 0 out of 10 booms.
Customer service are not good in that store . Weird behaviour of staff boys . I went to the store and he talked rudely with us like we don’t know anything and one more thing sub was also not well prepared . I really upset with service . Bad experience ever .

I had an unpleasant experience with the staff during my visit. They were rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome. Good customer service is important, and unfortunately, this was lacking. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves staff training, as it left a negative impression on what could have been a positive experience.

I just purchased a rice bowl and it was a total waste of money.first of all the portions were not enough for a child, secondly the price for what I got I felt robbed. Will never ever go back to this location again. The employees seemed so programmed to dissatisfy.Totally displeased.
I ordered delivery from this subway and i called to make a change to the order and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. He denied that any order was even placed even tho it said that Subway confirmed the order and i made sure i called the right subway and then he HUNG UP on me. Don’t make the same mistake i did.
