I mistakenly placed an order through the Subway app at 11:37 a.m. from a previously saved location on my phone. Realizing the error immediately, I called the store at 11:39 a.m. to request a cancellation. However, the staff member who answered informed me, rather abruptly, that both footlong sandwiches had already been prepared, including toasting and grilling, within that short two-minute window. Despite the minimal time lapse, I was told that nothing could be done, and the representative was unfortunately quite rude in their response.

Moreover, despite being temporarily closed, they are still accepting orders and deceiving people, which amounts to fraud.

Used to come to this place for a good nice price subs. Unfortunately this location's closed down now and empty now and abandoned. Was bummed out when I came the other day and found out it was no more here

Horrible service, horrible food, horrible atmosphere. Ordered two fl teriyaki crunch a little over an hour before closing. The guy working put about one scoop of chicken per sub. He didn't ask what cheese I preferred and put it in the toaster without asking but only for 60 seconds. The bread was still soft and cold when he took it out. Only half of the toppings were an option and even though it was the bottom of the barrel and old since it was nearing the end of the day, he would only put a couple of everything on. 3 hot peppers on one sub, 2 small tomatoes, etc. with one stripe of sauce. It was incredibly dry; just a mouthful of bread. When I asked if he could put some more on, he said I'd have to pay extra. In the meantime, his friends came in and went behind the counter to talk to him while he was making our subs and then when they came out they started flipping tables and chairs. I ended up going home and putting my own toppings on it additionally and toasting it myself. This was the WORST subway I've ever been to and had in my life.

if I could I would've given 0 stars. the lady working over there is very rude I visited a few days ago to get a cookie she acted like she was giving from her own pocket and when 2 guys came she asked them to leave just because she was mopping . rude and worst not suggested. and just talking on the phone all the time

I visited this subway where they did not follow standard procedures as the subs we received had lacked ingredients and when asked about it, the associate replied with attitude stating we can only provide that much when it barely filled the sub. The associate could not even communicate or understand wha we wanted , subway can do better

The food was almost awesome but giving 1 star for the customer service. The girl working was totally unprofessional don’t have knowledge to speak English just know one word sorry! That’s it nothing more . Zero customer satisfaction not even me the person behind me was also complaining the same thing . I wish they train their employees how to speak and how to behave !

The worst subway i ever had. I ordered through subway app. I specially mentioned to add extra sauce but unfortunately my sandwich was totally dry. I also mentioned to grill and toast it but seems like they just gave me raw piece of bread with veggie patties on it.
