In a restaurant, a warm welcome with a smile is a basic standard of professionalism, but that was missing here.
The manager seemed unhappy with me using coupons that *they* had introduced. She even questioned why I was asking for extra vegetables, implying that it wasn’t affordable for them if I used a coupon.
If they had put five spinach leaves instead of just two on a footlong sandwich, I wouldn’t have needed to ask for more.
Respect, service, and food quality should always be a restaurant’s top priorities.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I had heard Subway was on a decline, but this was next level. I ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches, and honestly a vegetarian could have eaten them without noticing! the amount of meat was ridiculously low. I know Canada is cold, but this level of shrinkage on their sandwiches is unacceptable. From now the only Subway for ke is the TTC line.
