Why I gave them 1 star: they opened the store, but their washrooms were not clean. I asked to use the washroom, but the lady said it was out of service because it had not been cleaned yet.

The worst Subway, I have ever visited , first of all they don’t let you use washroom even if you are willing to order food after using the washroom. Secondly, they are very rude. I just visited it five minutes ago and the girl over there was rude. Just because I used washroom first before ordering my food. Secondly, I want to let the store owner know that is this type of grilledWrap. They are selling. I don’t even see a single golden or brown stain on the wrap for grilling. White lines not even grill properly. Why do you open a store if you can’t give us service

This is the worst subway restaurant that I see so far.
1- After one year or more finally they fixed washroom because so many people complained it. Actually I think it didn't have issues, they just put out of order signe because they don't want to open it or clean it.
2- fountain machine doesn't work, again probably it's working but who knows!!!.
3- Air conditioner doesn't work in temperature more than 30 degrees. Again perhaps they shot it off by purpose. I came outside due to hot weather inside.
4- food is disaster and in bad quality.
5- customer service is worst, I asked for little bit of dressing, but she put as much as she can, even didn't listen to my order. She doesn't care about customers.
6- I don't know the head office subway knows about this location or not; or even doesn't matter for them or subway owner/manager in order to losecustomers; but I am not coming back to this mess location again.

Air conditioning doesn't work and haven't worked for a while. It's over 30*c in there. Bathrooms are also out of order. I asked for the canuck classic and the person working the counter had no idea what came on it and then disagreed when I corrected her. Very poor experience.
