Never Visit this Subway Location!!!

I’m a regular Subway customer and my experience with this store was extremely bad.
First of all an Old Gujju lady (Not being racist, I’m an Indian too) was sitting at the counter and was extremely rude. The employee who was making our Sandwich which a young man in his late 20s and seemed extremely scared of that lady. He was giving us such scarce toppings on the sandwich and every time we asked him to put a reasonable amount he would look at the old lady for approval.
We asked for the sub to grilled and the reason they gave us was that the Grill was slow. We told them we were ready to wait and they were just giving us side eyes at this point. They just gave a flattened sub at the end.
Overall a pretty terrible experience! Not visiting this store again.

There was a old guy who made my sandwich , I told him 3times I want herb and cheese bread still he said which bread I want??? He was not in his senses.
When making sandwich he didn’t put sauce equally and didn’t even know how to wrap up the sandwich. On top of that didn’t even know how to punch order he was doing all these things in such a slowmotion. I don’t know why he is even working there???

Wonderful location. Run by a great group of people who are attentive and care about giving quality service.

Dining in is fine but usually do pick up. If there are issues with ordering ahead with the app, they will do their best to accommodate and make sure I’m leaving happy.

I've been here a few times and it's always been the same. Staff are super slow and look like they don't know what they're doing. When building the sub they put very very minimal toppings (like 3 pieces of spinach) and you have to ask 2-3x for more toppings. The owner is definitely cheap and has taught their staff accordingly. Unless this place is your only option, avoid.

Sun Sept 22nd 2024 they were inexplicably closed by 8:30pm despite the sign on the door stating they’re open til 9pm. Worker was sweeping inside and saw us outside the door but ignored us. And this is the same lady who will openly ask us for a tip when we’re in there. Go figure.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today with the sandwich maker at your establishment. The hygiene standards were alarming—he didn’t wear gloves while preparing my sandwich, and the vegetables used seemed stale. When I raised these concerns, he was dismissive and inattentive, which only added to my frustration.

For reference, I visited on 13/09/2025 at 3:15 PM. I strongly recommend that you prioritize training this staff member in customer service, proper food handling, and active listening. These are basic but essential skills to ensure a better experience for your customers.

Unfortunately, based on this visit, I left feeling very dissatisfied.

Extremely rude customer service by the sandwich maker, non hygienic didn’t wore gloves while preparing the sandwich and put in stale vegetables. While addressing the above issues, he was not attentive and I’m unsatisfied by the service provided today. Just so Manager knows Visited at 13/09/2025 ( 3.15 pm ). You need to train who so ever was the Sandwich maker on priority - what is ideal customer service , customization of sandwich and ask him to improve active listening skills so he can promptly take the orders.
