I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff member (Khushi) who was serving me was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Despite my efforts to remain polite, she responded with attitude and disrespect.
What was even more concerning is that she used the same meat-handling gloves while preparing a vegetarian sandwich. This is highly unprofessional and unethical, especially for customers who specifically request vegetarian options.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and served properly. This is not a free service, and the least that can be expected is courtesy and proper hygiene standards. I strongly suggest management address this issue and ensure staff are trained in both customer service and food safety. Customers deserve better, and staff should represent the brand with professionalism.

Had issues with my order I placed through the app before I got there when I arrived the order didn’t get through and KOUSHIK WAS SUPER UNDERSTANDING and helped me anyway. I sent a refund request through the app so I could get a refund for the order that never went through. Then was informed later that KOUSHIK got in trouble for this . It is not his fault it’s a system issue he actually resolved the issue right at that moment. He’s been nothing but awesome everytime I come here, very welcoming, lots of smiles and jokes.
