The employees are refusing to add sauces if a customer requests..This is so unfair after paying and mentioned that I need more sauce

I normally come into store, especially for the BOGO footlong deal, and I love all the staff there. Today I ordered delivery, and I had to come write a review to say that employee 999997 (on the receipt) that made my chicken teriyaki subs at 5:40pm, is the BEST. Perfect sandwiches and he even helped me when I had an issue with my DoorDash delivery!

The man working tonight Saturday September 15th at 6 p.m. was fantastic he took my order and made my subs just the way I wanted and was fast and friendly food was fresh and delicious I highly recommend this location it never disappoints me

Lady who serve me a meatball sandwich at subway. is always a problem when I ask her to make the sandwich properly she throws the veggies top of the meatballs then when am asking to for more vegetables that's not added yet she says the sandwich won't close ,instead you could place the veggies on the side of the loaf .you have no care in your work also costumer service is poor .you should be giving the customer a 100% of what the order with a smile. Last time I go to any subway .subway owner please train your employees ,costumer service and how to make a sandwich. Each sandwich should be made the same method as if it was the owner you make it for. I told the lady who make my sandwich that the other guy who works there make a better sandwich she told me everyone makes it different . I pay for a subway sandwich that should look appealing not toppings you throw on a bun with meatballs looks like when a car ran over it

very rude staff. I have a gift card and for some reason they said it doesn't work and told me to use the gift card online. However, I can only pay more than 50 to use it online. The staff forced me to buy the sandwich without working to resolve the issue. I am very upset about it...How am I going to use the gift card now??

The service lady very rudely threw away the sandwich that was being prepared when I mentioned that the 6 inch sub she cut was disproportionately much smaller than the other half. Instead of discussing or explaining she threw away everything and picked up the other bread in anger.
