Was refused service at 7:30pm on a Monday because deliveries were being made, and the representative couldn't spend 3 mins making a sandwich, which is their only job. I'll take it as a sign not to eat there anymore.

I stopped by on a lunch break with limited time to place an order and eat. I was told the card machine was down and was asked to wait 10 minutes for it to be serviced. After 10 minutes, I asked if I can place an order to which they replied that they were only taking VISA, and would not accept debit. I spent 20 minutes of my lunch for incompetent minimum wage workers to waste my break. Horrible.

My worst experience of subways here. There is a gentleman here , middle age , afternoon shift, He doesn’t ask customers for preferences, add all the items by himself, just like he is making for himself.. don’t have any sense of talk & have language barrier.

I called the store for very clear instructions for my subway which was to add extra sauce and make sure it is not dry. I called the person twice to confirm this. The person said your request is weird and hung up. He did not follow any of my instructions, the subway is completely dry with no isntructions followed. On top of this the store did not send the 5 cookies I paid for. This is the worst customer service I have received, the person did not just follow the instruction which runied my meal, he also called me reqest weird over the call.

Never ever order from this store.
