service is not good and employee (darshana) dont even know how to talk with customer. she was rude with us.

Food is great but the staff isn’t well trained. They charged $3 extra for adding rice in a bowl which is already included…. And pls don’t keep unnecessary locks on washroom doors that takes minutes to open!

The food was good as always, but the atmosphere was not so welcoming. The girl who served us was looking unhappy and didn't smile even once. I think the person who is serving food should always have a smile on his/her face.
I have faced this issue in other location of Subway near humber college. That girl remains on the night shift always. And she used to be so rude so I stopped going there. She wouldn't answer the questions sometimes, which was very annoying.

This Subway location is a complete disappointment. They will skimp you on veggie filling. The staff was poorly managed, lacking basic manners, and seemed more interested in socializing than serving customers. They also hid ingredients, forcing me to ask for them to be included, be ready for eye ball if you happen to ask. Additionally, they refused to provide a paper bag for a 3 order unless specifically requested, they must have want you to use you pocket for that. Such poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction is yummy food killer. I strongly advise avoiding this location, they have Wendy and Starbucks nearby, which are more satisfying. This Subway? Nahhhhh, avoid and remove from your lunch book!!!

I always see them arguing with customers and asking customers to not order online through the app. What's the point of app if you can't get points and avail offers.

We ordered 2 chicken teriyaki and there is literally no chicken inside worst customer service staff don't even keep an eye when they are preparing i am attaching a video for reference

Do not come here. Staff was very rude . Stingy with toppings and looks like they could care less about customers.. when I went to pay they tried to charge me for a paper bag.. I was having none of it and told them it would cost them my business if they continued to charge for such petty things. 0/5 do not come to this location. I welcome a conversation with the manager as the staff were also deliberately under scooping the tuna .

I ordered subway today at 9:15pm and the lady who attended me was very rude i don’t know the name but i asked her to make the subway sandwiches without any sauce and i asked to add the sauce in different containers but she denied to do that,even she behaved very rudely and didn’t make the subway according to what i said.
