first and LAST time coming here. this place is a JOKE. how do you decline promotions from SUBWAY on your SUBS like this is the first time i’ve ever walked into a subway that has denied any promotions. this place is money hungry and stingy. i think they also overcharged for my foot long sub because $14?????!!!!!! please don’t go here. the workers here are weird and this subway is like i said…a JOKE.

For those who want to enjoy the great taste of Subway but dont want the bread, the salads offer all the choices that a sandwich does! Delicious and fresh-I would recommend the tuna :)

Usually have a good experience here but stopped by tonight and noticed there was a BOGO offer on the Subway app. Place my order and walk in to pickup and the staff said the order was cancelled, that they don't accept Subway promotions and that I shouldn't be upset because my money will be back in 2-5 business days.
Go somewhere else with your money.

I wish I read the reviews. They hardly give you any toppings and charge extra for certain sauces. Plus they won't even give you a bag and if you ask for one you are given attitude. Also my Piri Piri chicken sub was absolutely disgusting.

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced and it's not close.
Not worth your time. I used to frequent this location, it was slightly more convenient to get to from work at lunch, I have since stopped going.
They are very stingy with the toppings, you feel the weight difference when you pick up your Sandwhich versus any other subway. They will spread 6 cucumbers across a Footlong Sandwhich and think that’s good enough, and then act extremely displeased if you ask for extra of a topping (just to get the correct amount of the topping).
If you go at a busy time, often the manager (large Indian woman) is yelling at someone on the phone while cashing you out, and they will offer you a bag, without telling you there is now a charge for a paper bag (or just charge you for it). I have never been in a subway that charges for a bag other than this one.
Honestly, drive the extra 5 minutes to the subway at Kipling and lakeshore, much better experience and seems to owned by a nice Asian couple who work behind the counter an know how to keep customers.

I ordered thru app with this location having an offer. I haven't got any confirmation about cancellation. And the app says your order getting prepared. When I went to location, they just say we're not participating in the offer. And blames me that I did mistake and portrays me as if I'm a person who eats only in offer price. If they're not participating how the hell could I able to order. And they blame the corporate. Basically they treat the customers as their slaves. If you want to buy any items , don't ever buy from this location. Otherwise they'll treat you as a cheap person as if we're the homeless.
Anyhow they'll delete this review because they don't want to show their sucking mistakes outside and drag customers only for the money.
