I’m honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews here. Most people only come to Google to complain, not to appreciate. But today, I really felt the need to write something positive. While sitting in the food court, I noticed an Indian boy working in evening shift around 6:20 Pm. An elderly man came in a wheelchair to order a sandwich. What happened next truly touched me — the boy treated him with so much kindness and patience. After making the sandwich, he didn’t just hand it over; he came outside, gently helped the man, and even pushed his wheelchair to the food court area. It’s such a rare thing to witness genuine humanity like that these days. That young man reminded me that goodness still exists — not just in big gestures, but in small acts of care.

Ordered pick up on App. Gives pick up estimate time of 20 minutes for three sub sandwiches. In the meanwhile, the store was just processing all the walk in orders only. Didn't even bother starting my order after 15 minutes. When approached about this, store worker just says it will be ready in that 20 minutes window (while keep taking other orders and making those instead). What is the point of ordering on app ahead of time, if I have to come and wait - and take all the other walk in orders instead?

Workers don't change their gloves after handling different customers sandwich/ meat. Cross contamination everywhere. I had to ask the server to change their gloves but they had already touched everything with their old gloves. Will not come back.

One of the worst Subway ever, very rude, indian boy, super stingy on putting veggies, I ask to put extra sauce he was trying to show he is putting but nothing was coming out, it was horrible, just like eating a plain bun I am surprised this place still open with 2.7 reviews, please, save your money and somewhere else

I should've read the reviews. I ordered a Cinnabon churro. It had, just enough cinnamon and NO Cinnabon icing. It was so dry and I couldn't eat it. I took it back to the subway in Toronto general hospital the next morning and I told him he didn't put the Cinnabon icing on it! He said I did put cinnamon on it. ?♀️ He says that's all they put on it. RIP OFF DO NOT BUY IT ITS 3 DOLLARS FOR DOUGH WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CINNAMON NO ICING!! I guess Cinnabon is gonna be upset because subway doesn't promote them anymore. Quit advertising the Cinnabon churro!!!!

Ordered a sub from this location the bread was stale the sandwich was very soggy after purchasing the subway I realized how dusty the napkin holder was filled with dust not sanitary at all ... not satisfied ..

If there was one establishment I could choose in toronto to burn down it would be this subway. The people that work here clearly don’t want to be there and are extremely rude. They tell you they’re closed so they don’t have to work and open extremely late. I’m not a hateful person but this establishment brings the hate out of me. The female that works there doesn’t care and the male cares even less. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

You may want to inform your employees that their job is to serve customers. Look at your cameras at 250pm on Sat. Dec.2... Noone standing there but me. I say hello. He glances at me. And then completely ignores me while I stand there for 2 min looking like an idiot. I walked away. Your loss.

The sandwich lacked an adequate amount of veggies, which greatly affected my overall experience.As a vegetarian, I rely on places like Subway for satisfying meatless options. It's disheartening to receive a subpar veggie sandwich when I'm looking forward to a satisfying meal.

I recently visited the Subway sandwich shop located in a hospital and was very disappointed with my experience. While I expected a healthy meal with a variety of vegetables, I noticed that the sandwich maker put very few vegetables in my sandwich and it was filled with a lot of cheap fillers.Moreover, I was extremely disappointed with the hygiene practices of the staff. The person making my sandwich did not cover their nose properly with the mask, which was very concerning, especially considering this location is in a hospital. It left me wondering how serious they are about cleanliness and safety.Overall, my experience at this Subway was not a good one. If you're looking for a fresh and healthy sandwich with lots of vegetables, this location is definitely not the best place for you. I suggest finding another location with better hygiene and proper attention given to the customers' needs.
