I've been going to Subway for 30 years, and never have I been to a location that did not have meatballs for their meatball subs???
It was 11:00pm at night, my girlfriend just needed to use a washroom. Even if this location was closed for business, noting that the front door was still unlocked thus anyone could walk in. The server was in plain site. A simple humanitarian request was made to use the bathroom, only to be denied and told that the subway was closed. A second request by me was made just to allow the use of the bathroom quickly (this was an emergency) the server shrugged and still denied the use. If this is how subway trains their employees to handle simple requests, it is more then dissapointing, it is a health risk that subway seems to have no concern about. Knowing this makes me really not wish to purchase products from them, especially this location.
I stopped by to pick up a steak and cheese sub for my son and ended up leaving my wallet on the counter. I realized this the next evening and went back to the store to pick it up. The staff put my wallet aside and did not take any of its contents. They are such honest people and I left the two team members a small reward for their professionalism, kindness and integrity. Thank you both very much!!! I will definitely be back. My son enjoyed his sub.
Excellent service. Very friendly staff.
Clean store.
Great customer experience. Great food. Amazing staff
Clean store and staff was very good
Everytime I go there, I feel so good because they have the best staff. Very polite and very patient.
Experience was great
Been going regularily for the past few weeks. Subs always made well. Great deals on the app. And they often do a free drink for any footlong.

The best in the City, generous portions, clean servings, quick service and delivery pays attention to your 'any additional instructions'. Best Teriyaki salad in town. We'll order again!

If you don't have ice in your beverage machines, remove the display board outside offering combo of beverage with foot long sub.
This location seems to have a lot of turnover for staff. Each month I see new faces manning the counter and with the inability to count I suspect there will be a new batch next month.
My favorite sub is the BMT on white Italian bread. A foot long consists of six slices of each; Sliced Genoa salami, Pepperoni and Ham. I always get two footlongs and one with double meat. So that's; 6 slices of Sliced Genoa salami, 6 slices of Pepperoni and 6 folds of Ham on the single and should be 12 slices of Sliced Genoa salami, 12 slices of Pepperoni and 12 folds of Ham on the double. But their inability to count to six is in question.
To: Subway Staff; 6+6+6 is a single BMT, so double would be 12+12+12. DUH!!! Not 7+8+6, or 10+10+8... English may not be a requirement to immigrate the Canada, but if you're going to work in the food industry for Pete's sake learn to COUNT!!!
I complain and tell them they forgot the full double meat count but they claim they doubled it. So I simply leave without paying. This batch of workers though all smiley faces and friendly can't count if their jobs depended on it and frankly that doesn't seem to matter because they are still there. So counting isn't a job requirement at this Subway. ??

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at my local Subway, which unfortunately has become a recurring issue. On two separate occasions, I visited the store well before closing time, only to be told they were unable to serve me. Despite arriving up to 45 minutes before the official closing time, the staff informed me that they were out of essential ingredients and could not fulfill my order.
It's incredibly frustrating that a well-known chain like Subway consistently fails to maintain adequate stock to serve its customers. Running out of key ingredients is unacceptable, especially when it happens so frequently. This lack of preparation and poor inventory management not only disrupts customers' plans but also tarnishes the brand's reputation.
The inconvenience and disappointment I've experienced on multiple occasions make it clear that something needs to change. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and reliability from Subway.
