came here to get a sandwich. waited for half an hour because every time the employee was done with an order, another uber driver walked in and essentially cut in line; their orders take priority, so someone can get a private taxi for their sandwich. i got here before all four uber drivers ahead of me. AWFUL service, so slow

The number on Google is not correct. I tried contacting the subway to cancel my order as I had the wrong location. I looked at other reviews and I’m not the only one.

The guy with a gun tattoo on neck working in night shift was really rude.Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour.If you don’t like your job just change your job don’t be toxic with people. Hope you guys change your attitude. Thanks

A 6 inch sandwich alone came up to about $10 something including tax, mid sandwich and skimpy with toppings. Had to request crispy onions on my Cuban sub which is SUPPOSED to come with it (server was wrapping it up without adding it or asking if I wanted it) and server only put about 5 measly pieces of tiny crispy onions for the whole 6 inch sub that’s less than 1 piece a bite. I wouldn’t eat here unless you love Subway sandwiches, are rolling in money, and love to get skimped out for your $. Choose anywhere else to eat in the Grange, I recommend Nai Nai, Jaffna Street Food, Manpuku, or The Bowl Korean food.

They have put the wrong number on google. Tried calling outlet to add delivery instructions for uber eats order, no one picked up. Finally got the number from uber eats, called the outlet and was told, “You should have called us earlier.” Terrible.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered and the lady serving me made a mess of adding avocado she used her fingers and then completely ignored what vegetables I wanted adding things I didn’t ask for. When I told her she smirked and was giggling. She then charged me twice! Saying that she hadn’t put it through. I’ve been here so many times before but today it was the last time I’ll ever visit. No wonder they are having to put up signs for discounts. Whoever was on the shift on September 5th at 6pm should be ashamed of the quality of service.

very very pathetic. I would have rated minus if I can. I have ordered fourth time in a row from this store and they have been doing the same everytime. i asked for fried onions toppings. i have never got it. i asked for chipotle sauce. never got it. I dont see any other nearby options to order during late night so I have to order from them and this is what they have been doing. Their bread is always stale. This store should be closed asap as they lack customer service. One more time I get same disgusted Sub, i ll make sure to come to the store.
