I ordered the bourbon steak sub it was delicious. service was great too. The staff member was pretty good at making sub too and she knew what she was doing..

Ordered a teriyaki crunch footlong. They just gave me a chicken sandwich no matter how many times I reintiterated what I wanted, crammed it full of the ingredients they needed to use up and barely anything of others, more red onion than lettuce on it. Go to the subway just a few minutes away at ellemere and mcowan, much nicer and consistent service.

I had stop eating subway but decided to try it again after so long was hungry and felt for a sandwich well i will be damed!!!! Bread was dry and stale i ask the girl to toast it and it was dry she was very impatient because i didnt know which sandwich to get never again
Worst service ever, this guy in the picture is very very rude, he doesn’t know how to speak with customer, mannerless employees.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I politely asked for a cup of water, the employee refused and said the manager doesn’t allow him to give out a cup of water. When I requested to speak with the manager, he not only refused to provide the manager’s name but also refused to give me his own name. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I will no longer be going to this location and i think subway head office needs to train these employees about basic human courtesy.

I am not sure how it works with this place, but replacing someone’s order with something they did not order is not how one should go about their business. Ignored it once, and then it happened again. Wanted to take this issue up with Subway, but as it turns out, there’s no way of doing so. Every attempt at opening a case with Subway’s Technical Support Centre failed too, as they kept “resolving” my case without an actual resolution.

I had the worst experience in this subway today. I asked for veg sandwich and wanted it to be grilled, the staff says no to grill because the sauces is too much and his grilling machine needs to clean after that and started talking rude with me. I mean just because you need to clean you refuse to provide the food the ways customer wants?? I always eat my subway sandwich in the same way everywhere. No one till date refuse or disrespectful ever. I myself worked in subway and I always keeps customers need in my mind and provide food with love. Later he claims that he own that place so he has the right to do whatever he wants. Eating that sandwich which is prepared with so much of hate was so negative that me and wife not able to eat it and end up throwing it in the bin. This is for you the owner : stop this food business because u r not good at the service. You are not providing the food for free to show that i am the boss and you have to eat it the way I will make it…. World doesn’t work that way… good luck
