I hate it when this is the only location remove the option of footlong subs when there is a BOGO offer up. This is some cheap trick to avoid giving good offers. I work in thr mall itself and as a regular customer i should deserve the best promotion from this store also.

I had a tuna wrap on Italian Herb and Cheese bread at this location. The tuna was not fresh, and it seemed spoiled. I ate it around 7 p.m., and now it’s 12:27 a.m. I feel nauseous and my stomach is bloated. Please avoid eating here. I noticed that the entire food court was unhygienic.
I was bought many times over here but today was bed experience with them They charge me for fried onion no other subway charge extra even i told them many times I have bought from here but they told me they have orders for charge.also they remove grill I am not going again

Ordered a teriyaki crunch footlong. They just gave me a chicken sandwich no matter how many times I reintiterated what I wanted, crammed it full of the ingredients they needed to use up and barely anything of others, more red onion than lettuce on it. Go to the subway just a few minutes away at ellemere and mcowan, much nicer and consistent service.

I had stop eating subway but decided to try it again after so long was hungry and felt for a sandwich well i will be damed!!!! Bread was dry and stale i ask the girl to toast it and it was dry she was very impatient because i didnt know which sandwich to get never again
