Sushi “Sonic” Rings

Placed an order in the app, showed up, they said they cancelled it because they don't participate in the promo. Obviously false because if they really didn't participate, I would not have been able to enter the promo code, check out and process payment for my order.

I have visited yesterday to get deal from Apps. I saw QR code to employee but she said she can not scan because it’s not applicable for all locations and she advised me do online.

I used same deal via online order at same location. My question is if it’s work though online then what was the reason for not to accept QR code.

Also my sandwich was ready but Apps doesn’t updated on time. So at end my sandwich was cold.

Not happy with purchase.

Used 2 different coupons and got a completely different list of totals on my receipt that did not add up correctly. Not worth arguing for a few dollars but for what I paid, not worth it either since I couldn't get the bread I wanted too.

Also, got my drink wrong and said halfway they already poured; not worth my time arguing over it during peak hours anyways.

Worst experience I ever had in any subway! The associate (curly haired guy) who made the order needs to get the training first! He doesn’t know how to handle the customer at all! Firstly, he didn’t cared to change the gloves after making non-veg sub. Moreover, the sub he baked was too chewy to eat, feels like a day before. He didn’t even put the sauce enough, the other side of the sub is too dry to swallow. May be the last I had sub at this place!

We ordered a veggie pattie sub. we shop here regularly but this time the sub was not up to the mark. The bread was looking very hard and not easy to chew. Clearly visible signs of the stale bread.
