The owner takes all the tips from the debit machine, that the workers earned. Do not tip here unless you are handing the cash directly to the employee. Such a sleazy move preying on new Canadians.

The most discriminatory and racist experience. Today at 3pm I made a purchase of 120 dollars and left a tip at subway, we was ordering and three people came to order and the girl who was serving told me in a very rude way to be respectful and let her charge them first because they only brought one subway (I kindly told her there was no problem [none of them was handicap or something like that]) then she said that she had to serve the white people first before a group of disgusting Mexicans (she wasn't even white, but she was angry because we was talking in Spanish), the whole time we were eating there the three people were harassing me, my mom, my aunt and my sister in a very disrespectful way .Check the cameras please, I have been in many places in the world, even in my country Mexico this situation would never have happened, I am the owner of a housing complex in Puerto Vallarta and I have never allowed any discrimination or lack of respect on the part of my staff to any costumer.

I went to this location on Thursday the 7 th September for the first time and oh my god the employee here is so so nastily rude. Her name is aiishma or aiisha guess. If she really hates her job she should quit instead of ruining someone else day. That girl is threat to your business believe me i worked for 3 years in subway myself but that kind of customer service is my first hand worst experience ever. Please let me know if getting just veggie pattie lettuce, tomato, onion , green pepper and jalapeños make it tough to grill. She absurdly refuse to grill with juat those veggies and I didn’t even ask for anything extra. She should either quit or make her. You’ll be thankful

The is the worst subway location in the city. Ordered sandwich on uber eats. Combo cost me $29 dollars and my sub had one slice of meat. Literally. Called in and they girl told me that is the standard. Disgusting, greedy people. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be ripped off.

*I'm vegetarian, and regularly subway customer. But this location have the rudes customer service, girl working her is so rude, and makes difficult kind of rude faces when you ask her something.* something fell on the ground. She pick up from ground, didn't wash it, and start using it again without washing it.*No work washroom in dinner to wash you hands before eat.* I asked owner contact information so I bring this to his knowledge. But was refused by the employee, and would even tell me his name.I ask head office to please manage the location better. Very up with their service.

I just got here at 8:30 am ( they open at 8 on Thursday ) to find the door locked when I called to see why the girl rudely said she isn’t ready and my call is the reason she will take even longer. I worked at subway for 2 years I know the drill and I know they would have things prepped from night before so her attitude and not opening the store was solely for the fact she is horrible at her job and can’t be bothered to do it!

Visited today (Jan 18th) at 8:50pm only to find the store closed. This was unexpected since I googled their hours and noted they close at 10pm. I noticed someone was inside so I knocked on the door. An older Indian lady opened and said she’s closing “cause she felt like it”. Well that’s nice. Cause you felt like it. If you plan on closing when you “feel like it” please reframe from making official business hours. It was especially disappointing because Uber Eats was limited due to snowfall. I came out of my way only to find the store closed because the owner decided they felt like going home. Anyways, I will be contacting the head office to issue a formal complaint. This isn’t a mom-and-pop brand where you can make your own hours when you feel like it, this is Subway.
