Subway yorkdale employees are very rude and disrespectful to customers I am an employee in yorkdale mall and I informed them that i also work here but they didnāt even answer properly to me and continued to be rude with me. I vist food court everyday but i m never going to subway now !

I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway location. Right from the start, the employee was rude and had an attitude for no apparent reason, which was off-putting.
When I opened my sub, I found a long piece of hair inside, which was really gross. I decided to go back and get it fixed, hoping for some understanding. But instead of an apology, the employee acted annoyed that I brought it back. She didnāt even have a hair net on! It felt like I was being blamed for the situation, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. This was not the standard of service I expected, and it really has changed how I view Subway. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

The woman at reception was not pleasant and the price of the sandwich is considerably higher than in other subways! I paid 13 dollars the day before for a sandwich of the same size with a cookie and today I paid 17 dollars just for the sandwich, I would not come back to your place

There was this girl, her name was āIsabellaā , this girl was extremely rude and how she was asking for toppings. I came there on 30th June , the day before long weekend She was just like someone has refused her leave for that day , the one beside her who looked Asian was her sister in behavioural wise. Also the amount she was giving in my sub was very less , I have to ask for giving some more and she just kept saying , āIts gonna be Extraa , Its gonna be Extraaāā¦ I was so pissed of , I just wanted to call the manager and talk to him/her instead, but I came there all the way from Niagara falls to enjoyy the weekend with my family but those 2 girls ruined everything. We ended up throwing the subs and go to other store instead. Was very upset as I had to throw 40$ worth of food.

Really got very bad experience never gonna come again to this subwayOne staff canāt very her rudeness.She was somewhat short and was chinese she literally ignored me badly.I visited there in afternoon today at somewhat 12:40 and this is the second time she did this to me.This is too much She literally did racism to me.Seriously this is not how you treat customers.I really got very bad service today from that employee.I was feeling threatened when she ignored me you are taking money from us so why canāt you give us a good service.
The ambience of the place is too good. Moreover the sandwich made by the person is damnn good and delicious. Moreover, service and nature of staff is also really good. Must visit the place ??
