Worst Experience! Wont recommend to anyone. The employees and the store owner(Was present when I visited) dont deserve to run this business in Toronto’s Financial District!

Very good customer service, very clean, I haven’t seen any location like this. I have been customer at this location for almost 10 years and customer service is very polite and very fast.

This place is top notch. Best place in the food court. Always come here and have the best service and food.

I cannot believe how Stimpy subway sandwich has gotten. Hardly any meat. $10 for a 6” is ridiculous for a little bread and veggies.

I had the Tuna Footlong today, and it was incredibly fresh, delicious, and made just right. I’ve tried Subway at different spots, but this location really stands out for quality.

Huge shoutout to the young lady who made my sandwich — she was super professional, friendly, and gave amazing customer service. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Definitely my go-to Subway.

Can’t wait until they bring a halal menu to this location — it would make it even better!

Very friendly staff and great service! Never have any complaints, very well run. I think most of low ratings are from other locations. The pictures don’t even look like the same location.

Today I ordered the subway and my cost showed $16.97 for Veg patty foot long and the screen I saw was this amount and how much I am willing to tip. (16.97 + tip??)

I was having a glitch in my mind.Why is this sandwich so expensive !

I paid there (should have asked them there) but came back and checked it online, was showing $13+ dollars for a foot long veggie patty. Something fishy what service people did here.

I am blaming it on trade war but clearly paid more money for usual sandwich.

Worst subway I have eaten in my life, i understand it’s a busy store specially in afternoons , the need more man power atleast 1 , so they can mange, but those which are working there, men so rude and making sandwich nasty.

I get it if you say DT Toronto charges a lot for renting, but it doesn’t mean you can sale ppl only 1 oz of meat, seriously, it’s even less than a dog treat

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves it. Been going to it for years since it’s located in the PATH and I always happen to walk by it. I don’t even have to say anything, the workers just remember my order. The sandwiches are done so much better than any other Subway I’ve gone to, I don’t even go anywhere else now. Workers are nice and fast. Store looks really updated and clean. Location is great. It also has a large food court. And it’s right next to Union Station, so it’s easy to get to since you just follow the PATH. Parking is also easy, Brookfield has their own underground parking, but there are plenty of options in the area. If you’re checking out Brookfield, check this place out too.
