Seriously the reviews are right, it’s a waste of money

Worst subway I have eaten in my life, i understand it’s a busy store specially in afternoons , the need more man power atleast 1 , so they can mange, but those which are working there, men so rude and making sandwich nasty.

Big NO from me.

I get it if you say DT Toronto charges a lot for renting, but it doesn’t mean you can sale ppl only 1 oz of meat, seriously, it’s even less than a dog treat

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves it. Been going to it for years since it’s located in the PATH and I always happen to walk by it. I don’t even have to say anything, the workers just remember my order. The sandwiches are done so much better than any other Subway I’ve gone to, I don’t even go anywhere else now. Workers are nice and fast. Store looks really updated and clean. Location is great. It also has a large food court. And it’s right next to Union Station, so it’s easy to get to since you just follow the PATH. Parking is also easy, Brookfield has their own underground parking, but there are plenty of options in the area. If you’re checking out Brookfield, check this place out too.

This is the worst experience i had with subway and this is the only one. The employees were so so rude that the guy who has just joined yesterday working there asked me is this your first time to subway. I always have subway and have the tandoori spiced mozza everytime. They didn’t even knew how to make it and destroyed it. I moved out of there and didn’t take it. The new guy with specs and blonde hair was so so rude that he started to argue with me saying that this is how the sandwich is made and showing me off. The lade over there also started to say that she doesn’t know why the other subway are making it this way but we dont. All subways add the spiced to the tandoori spiced mozza and here they are who dont want to give it.

Worst service. They are not changing gloves for vegetarian people. They are serving with same gloves with meat and veggies and it’s fully contaminated. When i went there they directly start serving me without changing the gloves.I already told them and they were not listening too.I am vegetarian and I will prefer another location where they will provide best service.

Dont try there food its waste of money...I did not seen as bad service as provided by this store ...look To be honest thats what they made for me...No packing wrap .Customer pay lot of money because of getting good food ..This store is taking advantage of its location ...Because there is no any subway near union station ..I request to owner please give attention to this matter your team is not working no manners at all to attend a customer they need training first of all how to attend a customer and make a perfect food..Honestly your store service is zero rate in every aspect service and quality very very poor...How you feel if you get same poor quality food when you paid lot of money for your food..Thankyou and dont try there food its totally waste of money

The staff is not very particular about changing the gloves between the vegetarian and non vegetarian orders.

This store has to be our favourite. It is so clean and convenient. The workers are very nice and fast, and every time we order something we never have any problems and always have a great time talking with them. When we eat the sandwiches after ordering, we enjoy them a lot. This store makes the perfect ones!

This store is so convenient and clean! I always take the path and stop by this store. The people who work here are so nice and make my sandwiches perfect. They also remember my order and always have great conversations with them. Sandwiches are delicious. I recommend this store!

Excellent service, they always make my sandwich perfect and it's always fresh. The employees are very nice and polite.

I got crispy chicken salad and it was awful. The chicken was raw which they microwaved and veggies looked old and tasted so bad that i fell sick after eating. Not at all worth it
