Allocation of labor is not efficoent for the place with so much foot traffic.
One person takes orders and cuts bread. Another one just put protein in and both just stand witnout doing anything the rest of time. Third person is overwhelmed with putting in the rest of the toppings and wrapping them up. There need to be 2 people putting the fillings in. There were 7 open sandwiches with protein filling just laying on the counter waiting for other toppings to be put in and getting cold when I was there. Very poorly designed work stream.

I cannot believe how Stimpy subway sandwich has gotten. Hardly any meat. $10 for a 6” is ridiculous for a little bread and veggies.

Best Subway experience at 161 Bay St – Concourse Level!

I had the Tuna Footlong today, and it was incredibly fresh, delicious, and made just right. I’ve tried Subway at different spots, but this location really stands out for quality.

Huge shoutout to the young lady who made my sandwich — she was super professional, friendly, and gave amazing customer service. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Definitely my go-to Subway.

Can’t wait until they bring a halal menu to this location — it would make it even better!

Today I ordered the subway and my cost showed $16.97 for Veg patty foot long and the screen I saw was this amount and how much I am willing to tip. (16.97 + tip??)

I was having a glitch in my mind.Why is this sandwich so expensive !

I paid there (should have asked them there) but came back and checked it online, was showing $13+ dollars for a foot long veggie patty. Something fishy what service people did here.

I am blaming it on trade war but clearly paid more money for usual sandwich.

Seriously the reviews are right, it’s a waste of money

Worst subway I have eaten in my life, i understand it’s a busy store specially in afternoons , the need more man power atleast 1 , so they can mange, but those which are working there, men so rude and making sandwich nasty.

Big NO from me.
