No manners for staff rude . Wearing same gloves for all sandwich. Time 2pm Oct 2 2024 . Running subway own style
Small portions on toppings, I swear the bread was smaller than the standard subway size, running out and no refills on toppings, and heavily understaffed (one worker). Very clear this subway is dying and they’re doing everything they can to cut cost. Save your money, go somewhere else, and let this place die.

The folks working where especially later afternoon have no idea how to wrap a sub. I got a footlong with chicken and lightly loaded veggies and sauce to top it up. The boy working here wrapped it so badly with paper that sauce was dripping bad and my hands got all messy. Could nt take picture. Hope the sub wraping skills can be improved as the folks working here post afternoon seem inexperienced.

How stupid do you have to be to make a sub? Apparently really stupid. I wrote out what i wanted on my assorted sub. Long story short I had someone pick up the subs and they were gross and stale. I asked for regular sauce and they put mayo on my Assorted sub. WTH. Gross and disgusting. Apparently green olives means black olives and the bun was hard as a rock. Never again they can't read and use old toppings and buns.

In Canada, you are supposed to speak English or French, They just speak Indian and loudly

I have a year coming from time to time to buy and since then the bathroom is never in service, the woman has a very bad attitude. it is the last time I come to buy here.
Worst customer service. They keep it out both washroom so they do not have to clean it. They say ceiling is bad, but all their employee use it. They have 2 and both has same issue. All their reviews are bad with zero customer service.

Worst subway ever!! The subway employee was super rude and the service was terrible. No bags, no access to the washroom we were told because he doesn’t want to clean up a mess. Our desert was uncooked. We asked for a refund he said no. Basically if u ask for anything the answer is NO!

Would not allow my partner to use the bathroom unless the purchased something. After buying a bag of chips they used the bathroom only to realize there was no toilet paper. The employee said that they had no toilet paper and offered me paper towels (the scratchy brown type) to bring to him. This really sucked.

I went there around 4pm, and the guy who served us had much of attitude, seems like he didn’t want to serve customers. Worst experience ever with Subway, firstly he didn’t wash his hands before serving us, was talking to me very rudely when I order 4 6” inch sandwiches probably much of work for him. Then he went to the back in middle while making my sandwich and didn’t bother to change his gloves before putting veggie.
Charged me extra just because I made him do two separate six inches of the footlong veggie sandwich. I must say either the Manager or the owner should let this employee know atleast something about customer service.
Definitely not coming back to this location, and won’t recommend any to go at this location.
