Worst subway ever I have been to . Customer service was poor. Staffs were very uncooperative , has zero respect for the customers. A family came in after us and were requesting to clean the table, they went at the back and never cleaned. I would like to strictly avoid this location .

Lettuce always wilted, missing standard ingredients, nothing is ever fresh, not going to pay 11$+ when there is many better options out there. Will not be returning to this location again although it’s only a 5 minute walk from work. Do better

I had a great experience at this Subway location! I was served by an Indian boy who provided amazing service. He was polite, quick, and made me a super delicious sandwich just the way I like it. Really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly attitude. Definitely coming back again!

DO NOT EAT HERE.
I waited 10 minutes to order my sub the lady working was not into working she took my order and made me feel rushed even though she was slow, the taste of the sub was not great, and I got the meatball, it was disappointing because it was cold after I got it toasted, the flavour was terrible, it was just sad, the cookies were stale and hard, and not soft at all, so rethink if youre going to eat her, this location changed my view point on the Subway franchise

Small portions on toppings, I swear the bread was smaller than the standard subway size, running out and no refills on toppings, and heavily understaffed (one worker). Very clear this subway is dying and they’re doing everything they can to cut cost. Save your money, go somewhere else, and let this place die.

The folks working where especially later afternoon have no idea how to wrap a sub. I got a footlong with chicken and lightly loaded veggies and sauce to top it up. The boy working here wrapped it so badly with paper that sauce was dripping bad and my hands got all messy. Could nt take picture. Hope the sub wraping skills can be improved as the folks working here post afternoon seem inexperienced.

How stupid do you have to be to make a sub? Apparently really stupid. I wrote out what i wanted on my assorted sub. Long story short I had someone pick up the subs and they were gross and stale. I asked for regular sauce and they put mayo on my Assorted sub. WTH. Gross and disgusting. Apparently green olives means black olives and the bun was hard as a rock. Never again they can't read and use old toppings and buns.

In Canada, you are supposed to speak English or French, They just speak Indian and loudly

They ran out of vegetables toppings

The person who were preparing my sandwich didn’t ask if I need it toasted or if I need cheese … he just decide to do that
