Sandwich was good, but very poor inventory management. Out of spinach, and at least two drinks on the fountain pop machine we're out of syrup.

Friday October 24, 2025. The girl working there was insultin mode, showing no smile, no thanks, and no please. She was not happy for some reason. She is in the wrong profession.

There’s one guy doing 15 people’s orders and we ordered online and it took 30 mins. Bathrooms are “”out of service””

Ordered online, didn't have any bread and owner/manager refused to refund and ignored me till I came back.

Very unprofessional employee. We ask him to get 2 Italian herbs & cheese breads and he said they are out of that breads and then he gave 3 italian breads to next guys because they were his known. This is so ridiculous.
All day breakfast but don’t have any egg left by afternoon. No veggie patties left either. Avoid as vegetarian unless you want just bread and veggies!

I went to this subway shop and bought lunch. Needed to use the restroom but the customer washroom had an out of service sign. There was an employee restroom right beside it. I asked if I could use it and the ‘sandwich artist’ said no. He told he is was “a change room only”. I pointed out that the door actually said unisex washroom and let him know that I really needed to go. He still said no and that it was “still for employees only”. Pretty sure the business owners wouldn’t support such poor customer service. This unfortunate interaction was around 12:30 on September 1st 2025
Considering there is two washrooms, shouldn’t common practice be to let paying customers use the other working washroom if one is out of order?
Worst customer service. The floor has toilet water on the ground from customer bathroom. They refused my 5 year old to use the staff varhrolm, he ended up peeing himself. Great start to toronto after a 36 train ride! Its clear your employees aren't moraly intelligent.
I will be calling head office.
probably the slowest service at a subway i’ve ever experienced in my life, extremely disappointing
Food is a standard. No rocket science, but ALL employees did not open the washroom for my 2 year toddler to use it. How ridiculous can you be ? One of them used it in front of us and said it's employees only washroom.. have been to other stores, the employees make sure kids are safe and treated fairly. Only reason I could see here is when the employees don't want to clean. There should be a law around this.

The washrooms for customers were completely out of order, which is unacceptable for any food establishment. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could use the employees’ washroom (since the customer ones weren’t working), I was rudely denied access, leaving no option for customers in need of basic facilities.
Not only was this highly inconvenient, but it also reflects poorly on the store’s customer service and hygiene standards. A food outlet must ensure functional washrooms for patrons, especially when people dine in.
