I ordered 3 sandwiches for $45 and it’s looks like vegetables sandwiches than a chicken bacon and steaks bacon sandwich. This place is a ripoff i feel like being cheated. So I wouldn’t recommend eating there.
If you ever go here, I hope you get to get served by Heena. I ordered my usual, but this time my order was so delicious that I wished I ate more if my stomach allowed me to. Heena helped me order and served us with a bright smile. Thanks!
I haven't been inside this Subway Subs restaurant since the pandemic and I was glad to see it renovated. But unfortunately the cleanliness was below standards in my opinion . After I left the restaurant I came home and placed all my clothes immediately into the washer and hopped into the shower, that's how grossed out I was. The two ladies I guess had no time to clean the table tops because they were to busy talking to each other the whole time I was there.
Plus, as I was there a lady came out of the washroom and told the workers there was no toilet paper and she mentioned she had to use the paper towels.
And the food, the Quality has dropped considerably!!
Person working behind the counter on march 5, 8:34pm was extremely rude rushed us to complete our order than muttered asshole under her breath towards me and my girlfriend, extremely unacceptable behaviour employee should be penalized
I dont usually review bad.. and without giving a second chance but not following specific instructions is bad. Placed an order through the app and jotted down to press/ grill the sandwich specifically. Also mentioned that it wasnt grilled MULTIPLE TIMES when I ordered in the past. But who cares? Ordered 2 sandwiches and both are NOT grilled
I would wholeheartedly avoid coming to this franchise location. The service is beyond subpar and the fact that someone puts four pieces of spinach and then asks if you want more… I am done wasting my money on a franchise location that does not care about the customers experience. I feel subway should move away from franchises and have corporate locations that have a streamlined approach to providing and exceptional customer experience and ensuring a sub is actually a sub and not just bread with some thinly spread toppings
The girl named Mandeep here has very good behaviour. She says a lot of hope and says I want it. There should be such girls in all the stores and restaurants.

Rate is zero but that’s not an option. Customer service was terrible, rude attitude and food stale. What is happening to the service and food quality?

I am still left speechless as I had the worst and unwarranted experience here. I entered this subway today where I was the only customer aside from one gentleman who had already finished his food and was browsing his phone. The young east asian woman working there said she would be right with me, I replied no problem and proceeded to wait. This is where it all went south as she began to treat me like I was a major inconvenience to her and that this job was below her.
I ordered a simple sandwich (turkey, lettuce, Cucumber, mayo. Not toasted) She began by smashing the bread flat before slicing into it. When I say smash I'm not exaggerating as she slammed her hand down onto the bread before slicing into the side of it, She then proceeded to place clumps of partly shredded turkey breast onto my sleeve of bread. The 4 slices of Cucumber were dehydrated and shriveled. Through every step my jaw was on the floor in disbelief simply by how unwarranted the aggression was. I was nothing but polite and did not ask for anything other then the sandwich but treated like a burden and for the first time in probably 5 years I left without tipping. I will not be coming back to this establishment and going to need to find another location convenient to me.

Horrible service. We visited 15 minutes before closing ordered pretty quick. Our sub wasn’t even that loaded yet when we received it was completely shattered. At 11 without informing us or even telling us she turned the lights off which was too disrespectful.i will never come back hear.

Please put up prices of the menu
Ordered here on Doordash and they were kind and attentive enough to include a note explaining that they were out of the type of bread and one of the toppings I ordered. Really appreciate knowing that it wasn't just a mistake. Thanks.

The bread and the ingredients were old and stale. They also burnt my bread and you can taste that the bread has been out and wasn’t fresh. Would never come back here again.
