The worst subway ever! Staff was sooo rude and spoke ill. He was reacting as if I have asked him for his inheritance. Vegetables were not fresh. And taste was also not good. I have had subway in more than 15 countries and this was the worst ever. Negative stars! š

The veggies looked like they were writing their will, and the guy making my sandwich looked at me like Iād just asked for his left kidney in exchange for extra fried onions.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. Especially the man was extremely rude and seemed annoyed to take my order. The bread was stale, and the vegetables did not look fresh at all. I asked for a toasted sub, but it came out cold.Worst experience .

I just ordered a foot long sub and was told I can only have 6 slices olives only. The owner was very rude and rude to the workers. When I questioned the owner he told me not to come back. No hair nets of the owner or another work. Work station looked very unclean. I will not be back forsure!

If i could do zero i would, this place is terrible, forgot my cheese, forgot my bacon lost my dignity here. I didnāt want my sub toasted and they scowled at me when i said no. These workers are acting like they are paying for the ingredients with the stingy portion. Let me order it how i want.

This restaurant is selling spoilt lettuce that has turned pink. The person making the sub says it's a fresh delivery and while making my sub he kept breathing over my food. So disgusting. I could not eat it, I wasted my money. Try to avoid this restaurant.

Every single time Iāve ordered from this Subwayāespecially through the appātheyāve found a way to ruin the experience. The staff here is extremely rude, and to make things worse, the owner himself is often offensive, arrogant, and disrespectful to paying customers.
Whenever I use an offer or promotion from the Subway app (which is literally provided by Subway), they act like Iām doing something wrong. The owner makes weird faces, talks down to customers, and gives lame excuses to delay the orderāclearly just because I used a discount. Iāve had to wait extra long for my food while they prioritize other in-store customers, just to punish people for using online deals. Itās pathetic.
This isnāt just a one-time thing eitherāit happens EVERY TIME. The attitude of the staff is disgusting, with zero effort made to hide their frustration or rudeness. It honestly feels like they donāt want customers at all.
Food quality? Itās Subwayāyouāll get what you ordered. But if you want to feel unwelcome, disrespected, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a customerāthis is the perfect place for you.
Save yourself the headache. Go to ANY other Subway or sandwich shop nearby. This one deserves to be empty.

Worst experience ever I work at Mall still they guys have no idea I have to treat a customer and gives very less toppings on sub as well so I would suggest never to be here

Worst customer service. They were talking to another employee the entire time and would barely regard me. When I asked for toppings, the worker would carelessly place the items all bunched together. When I ask for spinach and cucumber, that doesn't mean 5 pieces of spinach and 4 pieces of cucumber. I was so upset when he scoffed at asking for more toppings. The place is dirty and unorganized.

I came here around 8pm trying to eat a relatively healthy meal out of a food court. Approaching the counter there was a man working behind the counter eating some of the veggies he was stocking. He rudely asked what kind of sub and bread I wanted while food debris in his mouth spit out on the counter where they make the subs. Iāve never been so disgusted or disappointed before. I had to walk away without getting what I had wanted. Iām actually considering calling the Canadian Food Inspection Agency because if this is what Iām seeing with my own eyes, Iād hate to think about what is going on way in the back where we canāt see anything.
