I came here around 8pm trying to eat a relatively healthy meal out of a food court. Approaching the counter there was a man working behind the counter eating some of the veggies he was stocking. He rudely asked what kind of sub and bread I wanted while food debris in his mouth spit out on the counter where they make the subs. I’ve never been so disgusted or disappointed before. I had to walk away without getting what I had wanted. I’m actually considering calling the Canadian Food Inspection Agency because if this is what I’m seeing with my own eyes, I’d hate to think about what is going on way in the back where we can’t see anything.

poor service one lady extreme rude!!

Was there yesterday evening, I didn't even get to the food part. I was ordering and the guy was increasingly aggressive with me when I was just asking if they had any of the whole wheat based breads (I used to work at Subway and know they're all just white or wheat, and I can't have the white bread). Then when he put the bread on the counter to start loading it up with ingredients, he asked me what I wanted, and a huge chunk of food flew from his mouth into one of the containers of food. I waited for him to acknowledge it and he just stood there waiting for me to tell him what I wanted. I walked away and he looked at me like I was the dumbest person on the planet

First of all I was ordering my food , and then I ask this guy, what type of breads do they have , he pointed at a chart without saying any word , without greeting me as a customer , it was awful. I don’t understand why the crew members at this location exactly Dufferin mall, are so rude and angry , they are serving the customer the worst way possible, never visiting again this location .
It’s a subway - food tastes like all other subways. But this franchise owner is super nice.

Worst customer service and worst staff ever. Today Aug 25 i went to get a sub and the sandwich artist name saba was serving me. I asked for herb and cheese bread she denied me that she don’t have it and she made my sub in white bread and and the other customer came another sandwich came out and made the other customer order that herb and cheese bread those guy served him cheese bread when i asked saba that why she told me no for bread she said that was mobile order but i saw the other guy for making his sandwich in right of us and when we told saba that’s not mobile she continuously said how would you like to pay. That’s not how subway treats their customer. If these people don’t want to work than and get free paid than they should go and give this role to the people who is need of work and money both
