Picked this up missing half the ingredients. No chicken, cheese or sauce. Spinach was rotten and tasted awful. The lady said nothing about it on the phone or while she handed it to me. Took them an hour to prepare from opening. When I took it back they wouldn't help me. Subway's online customer service wouldn't do anything either.
They are not properly trained on food safety and handling. I saw they took ingredients from the tray and placed it on a sandwich, then took them off and put them back in the tray.

Terrible experience. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and the portion was shockingly smaller than the standard size any other restaurant usually provides. For the price they charge, it’s unacceptable to receive something so poorly assembled and undersized.
I had never ordered from this restaurant before, and I definitely won’t be ordering again. I do not recommend it.
The staff clearly needs training to follow proper portion and assembly standards. Customers deserve better.

I should have been there to watch what they put in. I ordered 2 crunchy chicken teriyaki over the web for pick-up. Either the lettuce or spinach was spoiled. When vegetables go bad they always have that smell that everyone recognizes; no matter how much sauce they squirt, it can not cover up the stench. I had to throw both away. I should have brought it back but in my job I'm pressed for time. This subway in the hospital cheated me before by putting in one scoop of chicken instead of 2 in a foot long. Sometimes a second chance is not deserved. 1 time might be an error but twice is a trend. I would avoid at all cost.

came to this subway after a long stressful day in the hospital and it was absolutely a terrible experience. as we walk up the person working was sitting on their phone. they come to help and everything is fine , i ordered and my sandwich was finished so my boyfriend asks the worker for the same order and the worker kisses his teeth and rolls his eyes , visibly and expressing his “annoyance”. absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful ESPECIALLY IN A HOSPITAL !!!
I would give 0 starts if i can, they are racist staff and ripped off people different race then themselves, charged $20 for a $18 dollar sub with meal, and there was fungus on there vegetable, anyone who sees and reads do the same and open a lawsuit against them

I was there to get a sandwich. There were bugs flying in the store, over the food.
When I showed it to the guy behind the counter he became blind all of a sudden.
I asked him that I don’t want that food. Just give me a refund straight away refused that I have to take that food because I’ve already paid for it.
I don’t believe I was in Subway That in a hospital premises
I don’t know if anybody is aware of this or not but even the food is all stale dirty unhygienic inside a hospital building

Worst customer service. This place is not generous with adding food on the sub/bowl - I have to ask the staff 4 times to add the veggies on the salad bowl, as she was adding few pieces and I had a similar 2 experiences couple of weeks ago. Staff speaks in their native language in front of customers, which is not professional. Staff has charged extra for no reason on the receipt.Owner is good.
