This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. I go to subway from time to time and usually get a wrap and after I ordered the staff member informed me that they were out of lettuce and tomato which is not his fault but he failed fo mention he was also out of spinach and especially when getting a wrap that was pretty important to mention. The staff member did not care much at all. He also heated my meat on the wrap which made the wrap chewy and weird. Subway is not easy to mess up I was deeply disappointed.

Second time i have got from here, and again they mess up the order, I don’t understand how, when subs literally come with a step by step instruction to make it. Then they make it so hard to be able to get a refund. This location used to be good, but I heard they got new staff since I used to go, which explains how every order they seem to mess up.

They are soo rude first they accidentally put beef in my sub I can’t eat that that’s against my values my religion then when I confronted them the lady was soo soo rude instead of accepting her mistake she said its not big deal they don’t even change gloves while making the sub

In a downtown area where there are 4 subways in close proximity, the location on church stands out like a diamond in a garbage dump. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with great workers. The manager Roki is very hospitable and sweet. The service is quick, compared to the other subways in the area, and is always a great place to enjoy my lunch break. If I’m ever in a bad mood, it’s almost like they can sense my troubles, and fill my sandwich up, as well as ask me how my day was. It is so easy nowadays to fill these institutions with minimum wage teenagers, who aren’t the most respectful. But this subway sticks out like a sore thumb in the best of ways. I really think the church area is plagued by homeless and a bad reputation, but this subway maintains cleanliness that contrasts the unfortunate circumstances of the area. The manager and workers who show up every day and know me have become friends of mine, and are their kind hearts are evident all the time, helping homeless people with free meals and drinks aiding them in their time of struggles. God bless

Best subway in the city. They have the kindest staff and the best service.
Does not open at 8am. The Asian lady with glasses yelled at me saying she didn’t care if it opens at 8am and was showing too much attitude. I waited until 845am and she wasn’t done setting the place up so I ended up having to go to another subway. :( I just wanted a sandwich after work

This was the worst subway I have been too ! Honestly both the girls that work here need to be fired ! The only nice one was the Indian guy. While the girl was making my sub, I asked her too add a little bit more cucumber's, mind you I am vegetarian so all I got was lettuce and some green peppers. The Asian lady said that we can’t put extra in a very rude voice. After me and family we eating our sub and it was pretty busy, both the ladies starting talking to a man and made the Indian guy make all the subways. When he asked for help they yelled at him. I request they be fired.
