In a downtown area where there are 4 subways in close proximity, the location on church stands out like a diamond in a garbage dump. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with great workers. The manager Roki is very hospitable and sweet. The service is quick, compared to the other subways in the area, and is always a great place to enjoy my lunch break. If I’m ever in a bad mood, it’s almost like they can sense my troubles, and fill my sandwich up, as well as ask me how my day was. It is so easy nowadays to fill these institutions with minimum wage teenagers, who aren’t the most respectful. But this subway sticks out like a sore thumb in the best of ways. I really think the church area is plagued by homeless and a bad reputation, but this subway maintains cleanliness that contrasts the unfortunate circumstances of the area. The manager and workers who show up every day and know me have become friends of mine, and are their kind hearts are evident all the time, helping homeless people with free meals and drinks aiding them in their time of struggles. God bless

Does not open at 8am. The Asian lady with glasses yelled at me saying she didn’t care if it opens at 8am and was showing too much attitude. I waited until 845am and she wasn’t done setting the place up so I ended up having to go to another subway. :( I just wanted a sandwich after work

The girl Nushi (I’m not sure if the spelling is correct lol) is TOO SWEET :) She’s really nice and patient. I asked her name and told her I wanted to give her a Google review. She then gave me a cookie 😭! This really made my day. Thank you ❤️

This was the worst subway I have been too ! Honestly both the girls that work here need to be fired ! The only nice one was the Indian guy. While the girl was making my sub, I asked her too add a little bit more cucumber's, mind you I am vegetarian so all I got was lettuce and some green peppers. The Asian lady said that we can’t put extra in a very rude voice. After me and family we eating our sub and it was pretty busy, both the ladies starting talking to a man and made the Indian guy make all the subways. When he asked for help they yelled at him. I request they be fired.

Roki and nooshin provided exceptional customer service. They were very pleasant and positive. They definitely enhanced the overall experience. The food is always great, store clean and welcoming. 5 stars always.
I was truly amazed by the incredible staff at this Subway ! They made an exceptionally delicious and satisfying sub with generous portions. The team was not only efficient but also exceptionally courteous. I recommend this Subway to everyone and will definitely be returning soon, Five stars all the way!

Amazing staff offered me a free meal Without any questions or any information . I realized I forgot my wallet at home so I couldn’t pay but the staff member humbly offered me to take my order for free although i came back to pay and say thanks other staff offered me complimentary cookie. RESPECT!!
I would give 0 stars if I could for what I experienced today. While trying to order the employee helping was on speaker phone with someone and I had to repeat everything I wanted at least twice. She then took the phone to the back with her and someone else came out not in uniform, with no gloves, and her hair down to finish helping me ? Thank god no hair ended up in my food
